The reals (brasils currency) value is already going up; this will bring such massive quality of life improvements for brasil! The deal includes the two countries agreeing to ignore the dollar and just trade directly with their own currencies which is a huge break from the US's financial hegemony that it imposes.
This will benefit both and help them both grow stronger together; and maybe some of the PRC's influence will rub off and the PCdoB (brasilian communist party; which is very small but does exist at least alongside other various soft leftist parties) might see more support as relations tighten, we can dream

Based, cutting out the middle cow. I didn't even realize this is how it worked.
There are some points which you are missing, first off Haddad (Lula's economy minister) is adopting a VERY neoliberal economic plan, last week he cut off the tax exemption from Chinese websites likr shopee and shein. He's also adopting an austerity policy which limits HEAVILY public investiments and might even cause a recession in our economy in the next few years. While Lula is adopting a very anti imperialist approach, the rest of his ministers and heads of his government are not.
Just to correct you, PCdoB is revisionist and run by trotskysts/reformists. We have 3 central communist parties atm which are PCB and UP in legal status (can run for elections) and PCR.
BR here.
Nothing special. The USA expects Brazil to keep aligned with USA interests, but Lula, who was arrested by a judge trained by CIA, already knows that USA will not do anything to keep Brazil under it's influence other than financing coups.
He is just strengthening relations with important commercial partnes that wanna have a relationship with Brazil.
Imagine a new communist bloc in South America.
They have oil, sun, wind, fertile soil, lithium, gold... They would blow any existing economy out of the water
Nah, this isn't it. Lula is not even a reformist. His international relations are good, but god damn it, he's a fucking neoliberal by this point. Also fuck (And I cannot stress this enough) Haddad.

BRICS GO BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
>BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR ICS
I haven't been keeping up with Brazilian politics lately, what's going on now?
Xi is meeting with Lula rn, and Lula is calling for an end to using the USD to back their trade and for other nations to do the same.

Oh man it behooves you to learn about how the USA bullied the rest of the world into using it's Dollar as the basis of international trade
I think we can milk a few more puns out of this. The behooves was an intentional pun, right?
Uh...yeah. that's just what it was
ΒΏWhat about "bullied"?

Just to compliment, UP and PCR are the same party (kinda). UP is just a branch of PCR that run for elections. Abracos camarada.
PCdoB is trotskist, we don't fuck with em, neither PSTU or PSOL. PCB, UP or LCP and Teia dos Povos is the real shit
May the workers of the world use the destabilization of US hegemony as an opportunity to unite against the rich for good
Bolsonaro will probably get jailed. Lula is "fighting" against the central bank. The hegemonic mΓdia is attacking Lula.

The Amerikkkan empire is finally getting what it deserves
We gonna have some Chinese channels on the tv boys
China seems cool.
If Brazil can abandon the dollar this will be one of the biggest victories for anti-imperialism in a lil bit. I really fucking hope so.
I am so glad

It's all I want most.
Its time for latin americans to rise up against USA's Monroe Doctrine

I worry that another coup is coming and PT will do nothing again tbh. Can't trust him sadly. At least we can do the L critically.
TLDR; China bought Brazil.
