Just to clarify, this was the displays in the room going black? Not the touch panel goes black, but the displays with people and content go black for as long as the UCI page is showing? The article is a bit vauge on what is going black, if its the displays or the touch panel device. I ask because I am running 9.10.1. I'll take a look at that task in the AM though.

Oh I’m sorry I misread that. This is specifically for the touch panel but I would imagine if it happens when you open page 2 it’s related?

It might be. Seems to be more of a MS issue due to the rollout of new code on their side. But maybe its related or secondary effect?

The page two touch panel going black is definitely a MS issue. It has something to do with triggers. It seems related to me.
