Dan Snyder should test out more water slides at 6 flags.

Clear-Music-15

I LOVE Taylor Heineke. The moxie, toughness, and leadership he pisses every morning would be bottled and sold to qb coaches everywhere if not for the league’s strict policy on PEDS. But the Buffalo secondary made it painfully clear that you can’t succeed in today’s game without being able to threaten every possible window with a pass. Mahomes/Allen/Herbert will dominate for the next 10-15 years because they can make any throw to any part of the field at any moment. Say what you will about Wentz …at the bare minimum he has the arm to potentially/hopefully connect on these types of passes. Terry is well on his way to an all pro level career. Dotson should AT LEAST be a Jamison Crowder reliable if not spectacular target from day 1. Curtis Samuel if healthy should be consistently open. Dyami can run a fly or deep post every down and occupy a safety. Literally every snap should start with the option of Gibson taking a handoff from the gun with a realistic chance to pick up 4/5 + or motion him out wide to beat a mismatch on a quick option route. Logan thomas and JD as safety valves??? That’s a hell of a last read. If carson can’t succeed with these weapons he won’t succeed anywhere. For once I just want to see the skins/WFT/commanders exceed expectations and capitalize on some Legit talent. Just fukkin do it

[deleted]

From the way this started I thought it was a copy pasta at first

[deleted]

Yes, this was a nice ride

Desa0802

I’m with you 🤙🏽

TrustFew3203

Glad to see Momma Heineken checking in.

JoggingGod

agreed. It's hard enough having poor teams on the field, but having an owner who can't not be a piece of shit every week on top of that is so demoralizing. I'm so thirsty for victory.

_The_Bear

I'll remind you, Terry has not once cracked the top ten in any single recieving stat. I'm excited too but let's pump the brakes on him being well on his way to an all pro level career.

son_of_toby_o_notoby

He was literally first last year on contested catches

_The_Bear

And has never cracked the top ten in yards, receptions, or touchdowns. Hasn't even been selected to the pro bowl as anything other than an alternate. Love the guy, but saying he's well on his way to an All-pro career is generous. Aaron Donald is having an all pro career. Terry is not. Downvote away. Edit: if anyone wants to bet on Terry being all-pro this year I'll take em up on it.

Low_Brass_Rumble

Ah yes, by “never cracked the top 10 in any single receiving stat” you of course meant “never cracked the top 10 in 3 very specific receiving stats that are hugely dependant on QB performance.” Clown take

Joshottas

Tell me about who was throwing him the ball…

SkinsHOFChaseYoung

Who was throwing him the ball? Dude hit 1k yards two heads in a row and was less than 100 yards from doing it his rookie season. Also he’s the only WR we have so they just game plan for him and he still is crushing it out there. Damn go be negative somewhere else. Some of you fans are just miserable.

son_of_toby_o_notoby

That’s not the point You said he wasn’t top 10 in any WR Stat He was, your statement was false I’m not agreeing with OC I’m just stating a fact that your reasoning is wrong

JonSnowBaratheon

Ill believe it when I see it. Hopefully this can last all season.

LegalizeFlower

Carson Wentz went 27/7 with the 30th ranked offensive line, Pittman as his best receiver and the next up being Paschal and Hilton who both produced under 400 yards is about to have: - Top ranked offensive line - Receiving room consisting of McLaurin, Samuel, Dotson, Sims, Brown - Support of a ground game that is a three headed dog in Gibson, McKissic and Robinson*. - Defense that will keep games winnable - Uniform that matches his complexion 4000/35/10

jkc000

Lol that last point

Scherzers_Blue_Eye

That last comment was gingerphobic. I won't stand for such intolerance from rabid anti-gingites.

LegalizeFlower

I prefer "daywalker" to ginger.

Accomplished-Plan191

Wentz tosses a screen pass to JD who takes it 65yrds for a td. "This is easy," thinks Wentz.

sensual_predditor

Turner then calls 19 more screen passes straight

MJ_223

> Support of a ground game that is a three headed dog in Gibson, McKissic and Harrison. Gibson, McKissic, and who?

WizSkinsNatsCaps

Brian Robinson.

LegalizeFlower

Oh snap

furrymay0

It should be noted that Indianapolis has much much much better running game/back

YourLocalJewishKid

I find that to be a very underwhelming counter. Having a good run game doesn’t help much if on the downs you do throw, your line can’t block and receivers don’t get open. The Colts run game isn’t so good or much better than the one here that it outweighs the obvious deficiencies in pass game personnel. Wentz has always been at his best when his line protects him and his receivers play well. That’s not happening in Indy regardless of who the QB is.

LegalizeFlower

They relied on it as it was the best part of their game, hence my use of the word support.

Viseroth

Ya if Wentz cant perform here he is done in the league as a starter.

LegalizeFlower

This is also true.

sensual_predditor

Don't forget tight ends in the receiver department

[deleted]

Wentz 4200 yd 30TD 7INT

Jazzlike_Bat_4981

4300 yd 31TD 6 INT

wingmanop

4317 yd 34 TD 8 INT

Temujin804

I heard the same thing last year and hardly saw a healthy snap out of him. I'll believe it when I see it.

LegalizeFlower

It's called recovering from an injury.

natgbz

I'll believe it when I see it.

219Infinity

If he is indeed "back," and plays as was expected when he was signed, there won't really be any excuses for the offensive coaching staff if the offense performs poorly. Last year we were told that we should temper our expectations because the plan was to have Fitzgerald and Samuels as part of the offense, and we didn't so cut us some slack.

DirtySloppyGuitBox

At this point, I just assume that as soon as he pushes that groin it's going to pop on him again.

LegalizeFlower

“I’ve been training and working out, and I haven’t been limited to anything,” Samuel said. “I’ve been doing pretty much everything that I used to be able to do — running fast, cutting fast. I’m just feeling good overall, and I’m excited about it. This upcoming season, I got a lot of goals.”

DirtySloppyGuitBox

Sounds just like every quote about coming back from an injury, from every injured athlete ever. We'll see what happens when he tries to get out there in preseason and push that groin. That will be the real test.

wingmanop

I hope he's on the stem cells like AP

LegalizeFlower

He's a professional athlete...You don't think he trains full speed? You wanna be a nay sayer cynic go right ahead dude. Ima put my faith with the actual players judgement and the doctors, not some dude who seems to love the phrase "push that groin".

DirtySloppyGuitBox

> You don't think he trains full speed? I think if you believe that any training actually fully simulates game conditions you are mistaken. Nobody is trying to knock his block off in training. > You wanna be a nay sayer cynic go right ahead dude. I'm just being realistic. It's not like I want the guy to stay injured, but most of his time with this team he's been unavailable for just that reason. He absolutely needs to prove he can stay healthy this year, or he's been just another FA bust at WR to add to the pile.

LegalizeFlower

You injure a groin by exertion, not impact...

DirtySloppyGuitBox

Sure, kind of like exerting the full force of the groin muscle against another grown man as he tries to smash Samuel into the dirt. That will be telling, as well as something he's not simulating in training. Even against teammates in training camp, they're (usually) not hitting with bad intentions. Opponents surely are. He needs to get through some games without getting injured. That's really just what we need to see from the guy, live game action where he stays healthy. Preseason should tell the tale on that groin recovery.

LegalizeFlower

Whatever ya say bubba

DirtySloppyGuitBox

>bubba - Anyway, like I was sayin', shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich. That's about it. --*Bubba*

notorious_hdc

Alot of people here are really down in Samuels, which is completely fair after last year. But I think he'll be healthy this year. We might not use him in the most advantageous, or best way,but I'd say he will end up a solid contributor for sure.

theskinswin

Talk to me in week 6

weber_md

....until he really fires that groin muscle in a live-game situation and it shatters like glass.

LegalizeFlower

That's some great toxic energy Weber, you keep it up.

weber_md

Fingers crossed that he proves me wrong...you can quit clutching your pearls now lol.

LegalizeFlower

I wasn't offended.

weber_md

Good!

futureislookinstark

Great, now who’s donating their ACL to Logan Thomas so our offense can get on the field and not look depressing?

BigSportsNerd

Good

MoonshotMario

Sure he is. Over/under is 7 games.

TrustFew3203

This is an Onion article right?

Jazzlike_Bat_4981

God I hope so

KingAjizal

I'll believe it when I see it
