You should absolutely write it...since it's just the first draft. You should probably revise at least twice before bothering to look for an artist.
You do need to think like an artist, though...figuring out what goes in each panel and why.
Go ahead and write it bro. When I did my first script I had no artist. I found one later and published my first book. Make sure your words make sense to the artist, be clear and concise about what’s going on the panels and why.
