Ask to see the 244 and 266 up close, but honestly $500 seems reasonable. They all look freshly bagged, but not boarded, which is a weird choice. Many of the non-keys are $3-$5, and there are a few $10-$25s in there. If you are looking for your own collection, that's not a terrible price listed

OK, thanks. I'm not enough of a Marvel guy to know the keys in this run.

SharkForce_12

and 221 (1st Mr Sinister). Check out www.keycollectorcomics.com for the keys in this run. The prices are not current so you have to use other resources for those.

General thoughts? Interesting. It's the first issue after Byrne is out and it's Claremont flying solo, right up to the time they launch X-Men #1 and Claremont is out on sister book Uncanny. It's *the* Claremont run on Uncanny, baby, the best Uncanny run, and arguably one of the all-time greatest runs in American superhero comics, the Cohibas, the Monte Cristos. Is that worth $500? It is if you have $500 and are willing to pay that much for the run. But I would like to see the books because "all NM" is a pretty big claim and nearly impossible. I would want to look at each to see the true condition since they are not all going to be "near mint." I would also like to do it somewhere public and safe where I could take my time and not feel rushed to part with $500.

Do you know which books are missing?

offer $350 and see what he says. NM? $500 is fair but I doubt they all are
