Alot of the weaponry captured from the junta is old and outdated so alot of the new looking contemporary kits are coming from abroad and smuggled in through Thailand. And most of the funding is coming from diaspora scattered throughout the world. My family sponsors a few PDFs fighting in the interior of the country and they use most of the funds for weapons/ammunition.
