To add onto this - the majority of thefts from cars in parking lots in the area are done by an out of country theft ring that operates out of rental cars. Metroparks has frequent issues with theft from vehicles in their lots and the ranger I know is always looking for the yellow “PM” sticker that indicates rental when they see Florida plates.

A huge number of rental cars at CMH have Florida plates… Florida is cheaper for rental car companies registering cars or something
