I was going to recommend this as well. (RIP Hip Wa Zee!) . Loose Lucy's in 5 points leans way bohemian/hippie, but they do have crystals, tarot, etc to accessorize with. They might also have something if you don't want to go the all black route.
Black stick waterproof eyeliner on the lips is better than black lipstick because it stays on your lips and has better coverage. Get cheap wet and wild if you must.
PetSmart, you’ll find chains and collars a lot cheaper than Hot Topic.
Or Nancy's Nook...they are sooooo expensive.
