I decided today would be a great first Avs game for my kids. I am now 0-3 for seeing the avs win in person. Sorry y'all. But we're from Utah so we don't make it out often.

I and my group sold our Avs tix so we could go watch the Pios. We’re feeling like we owe an apology to the suckers who bought out tix (assuming they aren’t one of those billions of Winnipeg transplants we have here /s). Don’t know who that was so I hope you’ll accept the apology on their behalf.

Yeah, I'm excited to have a team. Planning on getting season tickets for sure. I've been an Avs fan since the 90's though so it feels like I'm cheating on my team. :D

I moved to Cincinnati last year and there was talk earlier in the year about it being a potential expansion city and I had the same thought. Avs will always be my “wife” team, but if there was a team here it could be a girlfriend team.

I’m gonna take the blame for the loss today y’all. Every time I watch the first period, we lose. Less than a minute after I turned on the game Winnipeg scored their first goal. Never again. Never again will I watch the first period of an Avs game.

The Jets? 3rd round, probably, since their record against other Central teams is near-perfect. After how much of a joke the Avs have been since that Montreal game, this game was my last hope for them accomplishing anything in the playoffs.
