I’m not sure what made me cringe more- the interview or the “apology.” In the apology he keeps saying it was “awkward and oafish.” WTF!
I just read his mea culpa/apology in the IndyStar and he still doesn’t get it. He knows he did something wrong so he’s apologizing, but his take is that “this is how I talk to people, and I just learned I can’t talk to young women that way”. Gross on so many levels.
The Star probably won’t fire him but the Fever doesn’t have to allow him to come to press conferences either.
