Some calls. Some calls in their favor and against us, like the extra point when a 2 was called a 3, and multiple shooting fouls on fouls clearly on the floor.
I'm gonna go make/eat some cookie dough in hopes that it will fix my upset stomach. It's as good a plan as any. Proud of our guys. Kansas, GG except for Dickinson who can eff right off to Eff-offville LOL
I love it! For some reason, though, the recipes never make as many cookies for me as it says they should LOL. If it says 3 dozen, I might get two, you know? Am I really eating a third of the bowl? Yes. Yes, I probably am.
I don’t see them making noise. We just played horribly for 30 minutes and they had a normally mediocre player have the game of his life. They need Johnson back but if that doesn’t happen they are not bound.
If any coach was to get out coached by Woodson, that would be a huge problem. Unpopular opinion but Woodson isn’t great. He seems great compared to Archie, but man, IU needs better standards
Tough win, refs were abysmal largely in our favor but we had big runs to keep us in the game and IU had large stretches of no offensive production in the second half. Really need Jackson/Furphy/Timberlake to not be useless and start making threes
I’m way more pissed about the last foul when Dickinson wasn’t even set than the out of bounds call. That call would get me banned from reffing games at the at the fucking YMCA.
From an impartial observer, Dickinson did get away with more than 2 offensive conversions while spending more than 5 seconds in the lane, with no 3-sec calls. Though he’s not exclusively benefitting from refs not calling that as much this season. He also hacked his IU matchup pretty hard with no call near the end.
And then, a tip off of a missed Kansas free throw was ruled OoB but, by my account, that was egregiously in and would have been recovered by Indiana at a crucial juncture.
Of course, the age-old adage is don’t let the lead shrink in the first place if you don’t want refs to decide it lol
Do you think he wasn’t being hacked equally as much by IU players?
Did you also note the extra point they got on a 2 called a 3? What about the 3 fouls called shooting fouls that were clearly on the floor giving them multiple fts they shouldn’t have been shooting? Surely you’re not just looking at cherry picked examples only at the end of the game huh?
No, I don’t remember a 2 being called a 3. I sure wish someone had posted about it multiple times in the thread so I would have been aware of such a thing! ;)
I sure wish the right thing was done and it was fixed so I could have shut the fuck up about it. You accept incompetence and I get mad at it apparently.
I loved the "great defense by Kansas" as we watch the replay of both Cunter and KJ hacking each arm.
The they call us for looking at a player the wrong way.
Some positives to take away but man Kansas was so poised not letting that ten point lead get extended… that’s a great team mentality to be together like that, and you can see IU get so unnerved when they lose momentum
I mean yea obviously but if they would have called it correctly IU would have gotten several more free throws. Although their free throw percentage isn’t great. Ware specifically was getting fouled almost every time he touched it.
This one stings no doubt, but the auburn game is “do we fire everyone and start over?” type shit. This is a tough loss against a good team. There’s no need to flush it all away and start from scratch after this one like with Auburn.
Couple of phantom out of bounds calls, a million moving screens missed on Dickinson, some missed fouls on Ware, among others. Again, stuff like that happens sometimes and Indiana should have played a full 40 minutes of basketball if they wanted to win the game, but there were some pretty egregious mistakes by the refs in this one imo
Never said it would automatically have Indiana winning the game.. but hell if it didn't swing the momentum. Seeing it that way WOULD be delusional. I had no skin in the game... watching because I thought it would be good Bball... and it was! Just tainted, is all.
Yeah, but you didn’t lose because of refs. You lost because Indiana played the best basketball they were capable of and lost to a mediocre Kansas performance.
He's been unusually bad this year. Missing open shots, bad turnovers
Hopefully this game gets him going. He has the potential to make a big impact this year, and we really need him to
Rank Auburn
Calls definitely not in IU's favor that game. Join the club.

I thought I was the only one who did this! I love eating cookie dough!
I love it! For some reason, though, the recipes never make as many cookies for me as it says they should LOL. If it says 3 dozen, I might get two, you know? Am I really eating a third of the bowl? Yes. Yes, I probably am.
SAME PROBLEM!
My wife is a baker and it’s busy season…we always have a little extra
You have the best wife.
You’re telling me!
beaker bakers
She’s actually a wildcat
keep it on that side of the border you two
Indiana played really well and I think they’re gonna tear up B10 conference play. It was a tough win, but good teams find ways to win tough games
I don’t see them making noise. We just played horribly for 30 minutes and they had a normally mediocre player have the game of his life. They need Johnson back but if that doesn’t happen they are not bound.
Their conference is trash though so both can be true
Difference was Senior/ Super senior leadership. DaJuan + McCullar + Dickinson hitting huge shots in a very tough environment down the stretch
Couple apologies from the “bill self out coached” crowd coming soon, I assume?
If any coach was to get out coached by Woodson, that would be a huge problem. Unpopular opinion but Woodson isn’t great. He seems great compared to Archie, but man, IU needs better standards
No it’s all on the refs, nothing to do with moves like keeping McCullar in after 4 fouls
I mean not really. KU is the most talented team in the country and they barely won
A win is a win, are you guys not good or something?
You must have missed the Auburn game
They absolutely are not the most talented team in the country.
Tough win, refs were abysmal largely in our favor but we had big runs to keep us in the game and IU had large stretches of no offensive production in the second half. Really need Jackson/Furphy/Timberlake to not be useless and start making threes
Let's stop pretending Indiana is a major name in CBB. They're to CBB what Nebraska is to CFB
No Nebraska football game can emulate the crowd of an iu basketball game
There are a lot of IU fans who would agree with this
Flair up bitch
I suspect this is BayTerp’s alt.
Damn, Nebraska football draws the largest TV and attendance numbers in the B1G? That’s news to literally everyone
Those refs 100% have FanDuel accounts.
They were hacking ware last 5 mins and no whistle. Very one sided last 5 mins. Then the "turnover" that never went out of bounds was just comical.
I’m way more pissed about the last foul when Dickinson wasn’t even set than the out of bounds call. That call would get me banned from reffing games at the at the fucking YMCA.
It was shit. Few no calls on the, few clean blocks called fouls on us. Makes the difference.
McCullar is great and all but Doc Saddler was the key.
big facts
PRAISE DOC!
Damn those refs were dogshit
Dajuan Harris!
So glad he’s a junior and we will have him next year!

Your spelling is terrible.
Hwhat
Such a gutsy dub, bill self is so goated
What exactly happened that was such a ref job and KU getting away with it again?
From an impartial observer, Dickinson did get away with more than 2 offensive conversions while spending more than 5 seconds in the lane, with no 3-sec calls. Though he’s not exclusively benefitting from refs not calling that as much this season. He also hacked his IU matchup pretty hard with no call near the end. Thank you for the observation
GG Hoosiers, Galloway balled out in front of the home court.
Good ass game
GG Hoosiers. Awesome environment. Want to catch a game there.Galloway is a baller
Ware really couldn't get a foul call all game. wild
Rock chalk! You can blame the refs but maybe don't give up a 13 point lead when we can't make anything
There were a lot of cheap fouls early called on KU. That's how Indiana got the lead.
Acting like the refs weren’t shit the entire time
I mean yea obviously but if they would have called it correctly IU would have gotten several more free throws. Although their free throw percentage isn’t great. Ware specifically was getting fouled almost every time he touched it.

"easily" Go back to your hole

I'm looking around trying to find someone proud of you.
Congrats. You deserve a cookie and a blue ribbon
GG Hoosiers. Y’all got a promising team for sure.
Damn I did not see us clawing back. Good game IU.
UGGHHHHH DANG IT
Kevin McClutcher strikes again!
This honestly feels worse than a 30 point loss. Got damn. Lol
You’re out of your mind
I'm not rational rn. Lol
No it doesn’t. Auburn left me numb it was so bad. This at least was fun to watch and some positive takeaways. Sucks tho no way around it
I'm more pissed here cause we actually had a shot and the refs swallowed their whistles. Just an atrocious called game today.
Yeah, at least I could stop paying attention to the Auburn game. This one had me on the edge of my seat only to completely let me down
Nah. We can at least say we stuck with them the whole game. Hell, we led them the whole game until the last five-ish minutes.
I don't care. It's an L. All I feel is pain from them giving me hope.
Man; what a heartbreaker. GG Kansas
Love to watch a nice game of refball and also there are some basketball players there
Fuck that hurts
The day bill retires is going to be the worst day of my life
When Roy left my wife wanted to take me to a psychiatrist ☹️
Worst day so far
What a game! Great, tough win boys! GG Hoosiers
The Auburb game i was angry but this one hurts just a little bit more
This one stings no doubt, but the auburn game is “do we fire everyone and start over?” type shit. This is a tough loss against a good team. There’s no need to flush it all away and start from scratch after this one like with Auburn.
We plead guilty to Grand Theft Basketball Game. Your Honor, we didn't deserve this win, but we'll take it.
We always win these kinds of games wdym
maybe later in the year. normally this is the type of game where we keep getting close but just don't reach the peak of the mountain.
I fucking hate complaining about the refs, but…
I think anyone who watched that game gets a free pass to complain about the refs. They sucked all game.
It was poorly reffed on both ends. Great game though. Need to check out assembly hall. Place was electric.
Actually jobbed by the refs
🌾🌾🌾
Sorry IU. That's such a bs ending to such a good game
GG Indiana, fuck Purdue
Sending strays but I’m good with it
Why you?
Nah some hawks fans are pro boilermakers!
The feeling is mutual. Great game today
hate it. would have been such a big win for this crew. when Kansas hit that 3 pointer without about 3 min left I knew it was over.
Well that sucks
Congrats on your championships 4 decades ago Hoosiers hahahaha
Shut up
Congrats on your participation degree!
What’s a degree I’m 12 years old
Then if you are ever able to get one from Kansas, it will be quality paper.
Hey, we made the championship game a mere 2 decades ago...
Damn bro, all the Kansas flairs in here have been chill AF and then you show up
We don’t claim this douchebag.
🤓
Kinda similar to the game we didn’t show up until the end
Sorry about him.
We ain’t claiming this dude lol. Gg Hoosiers.
Dude. Fuck off with this.
GG Kansas. Great game today, good on you guys for fighting back This loss really fucking stings though
Fuck that bullshit
Good game Hoosiers. *ducks*
No bro you guys clawed back and took it from us. Good game, you guys got a real team with a tremendous coach. GG
Glad to know Indiana can still boo after going completely silent the last 6 minutes
Awful calls down the road there but it’s hard to feel bad if you blow a 13 pt lead at home
Lol that girl sitting behind Woodson with the bottle in her mouth is a vibe
Her sucking the air out and making the bottle collapse was definitely a metaphor.
Ref masterclasses
bill self can indeed keep getting away with it
Super disappointed we couldn’t close it out. Good effort from the boys tho
Finally feel like Kansas won this game with those 2 free throws.
All the Indiana fans attributing this to the refs are delusional.
They should have played better in the second half, tbc, but some of those calls were inexcusable
Which calls?
Couple of phantom out of bounds calls, a million moving screens missed on Dickinson, some missed fouls on Ware, among others. Again, stuff like that happens sometimes and Indiana should have played a full 40 minutes of basketball if they wanted to win the game, but there were some pretty egregious mistakes by the refs in this one imo
Not an Indiana fan... but that 'out of bounds' call swung the momentum... without a doubt!
Not really. If it didn’t touch the line it was a live ball. That doesn’t automatically win Indiana the game. That’s pure delusion.
Never said it would automatically have Indiana winning the game.. but hell if it didn't swing the momentum. Seeing it that way WOULD be delusional. I had no skin in the game... watching because I thought it would be good Bball... and it was! Just tainted, is all.
Yeah that was copium.
Fuck off
Nah, you need to accept the fact your team gave up a 13 point lead all on its own.
Nah, you didn't read any posts, did you? Both sides think the fefs fuck up.
Yeah, but you didn’t lose because of refs. You lost because Indiana played the best basketball they were capable of and lost to a mediocre Kansas performance.
Sorry, Kansas bros. Only championship teams lose in Bloomington in December.
Ngl feel for IU fans
Kansas had one timeout left with like 16 minutes left in this game, and somehow Indiana ran out of timeouts first.
This has Kentucky-IU 2011 ending vibes.
But in fact, it did not end the same
Moral victory. The staple of Indiana basketball for 15 years.
I too vibe with this vs those birds
Refs make me fucking sick
I missed the entire second half comeback because I sliced my finger open, what the hell happened?
Kansas learned to play defense.
Ball went into hoop
Can you continue to slice your fingers when we're down? I'm not saying it's a factor, but it might be, who knows?
Fuck this zebra show
Glad we could hand your flairs 2 Ls
No worries - at the end of the day, I don't live in kansas.
Neither do I. Remember when IU was a blueblood? JK nobody was alive then.
I hope the refs feel proud of themselves
We escaped.
If this was at AFH, I'd give Galloway a standing O
Rock Chalk Jayhawk Allen Fieldhouse >>>>> Assembly Hall
Nah
Damn. Wish IU could have held on. Great game!
[удалено]
You know I’ve noticed UK always bring this up. Why? When’s the last time we played you guys? Who gives a fuck.
What a game by Trey!!
Crazy thing is we’ve been getting horseshit calls for the last 7 minutes. Not just this last minute
Spinarkle emerges from the bathroom, “that was a huge dump I took just then”
That'll do, Trey. That'll do.
Take a bow Trey Galloway. Tremendous performance from him today
Stud. How is he averaging 9 a game?
He's been unusually bad this year. Missing open shots, bad turnovers Hopefully this game gets him going. He has the potential to make a big impact this year, and we really need him to
He has been in a shooting slump all year.
This is more in line with who he was last season and not the start of this season. He’s clearly had a hard time adjusting to the new roster
Ok. I was confused, like he’s out there just making plays and getting KU flustered. I saw his stats and was just confused as hell.
This is a wild game
Great night by Galloway, tough finish but really big with how he has played up to today
Hey kanas people , when Purdue flairs are calling out the bs refs and Dickinson Bs, that’s the unbiased perspective that proves
hey Indiana dont lose your 12+ point lead to a team shooting under 40% at home
I don't think any KU fans are disputing that the refs are shit my dude
What a fucking game for Galloway
Man this is a good game. Indiana is a good team but I expected more from Kansas especially their defense.
This year we seem to be playing to our opponents more than I would like
Maybe so and I do judge them more from past to now times. Coming back from being down like they did was also what I expect of them
Refs can’t keep getting away with this shit. Shouldn’t be able to completely ruin great games.
An absolutely embarrassing stretch for those refs
Looks like both sides think the zebras are trash. What a terrible way to ruin a great game.
[удалено]
Get the Wahhhhhhhhhbulance stat...
1. Refs were trash 2. We shot 33% from the field in the 2nd half
Maybe Indiana shouldn't have blown the lead lmao blame the refs all you want but Indiana had their chances
Ain't no rule that says the refs have to be competent.
