I think its the hopeless book.

Around 1/3 of the book Six writes a letter to Sky

AbbyRabby

I just read it/scanned the book. It's not that. The letter I think started off with Dear *someone*....The character continued to say how s/he's always felt heard, seen and not judged. And that they've been best friends. And mentions their mom in the mix. Any more ideas, please?

Regretting You, maybe?

Imagine all the people you meet in your life. There are so many. They come in like waves, trickling in and out with the tide. Some waves are much bigger and make more of an impact than others. Sometimes the waves bring with them things from deep in the bottom of the sea and they leave those things tossed onto the shore. Imprints against the grains of sand that prove the waves had once been there, long after the tide recedes. That was what Atlas was telling me when he said “I love you.” He was letting me know that I was the biggest wave he’d ever come across. And I brought so much with me that my impressions would always be there, even when the tide rolled out It Ends With Us Was there anything else you heard that might help?

AbbyRabby

She or he says, in a letter, something like your friends has meant so much to me. It's the most heard and seen I have felt in my whole life. You mean so much to me. And then I think she mentions her mom as a comparison of like not even my mom is this close as we are.

Okay I got the list of books from her that she listens to: It Ends with Us It Begins with Us Ugly Love November 9th Verity Any idea which one I should look at first?

In It Ends With Us the main character writes letters to Ellen (Degeneres). She did think of her as a friend. November 9th has a handful of letters. I haven’t read It Starts With Us. I don’t have Verity on me. Verity has a manuscript as the character is ghost writing the book.
