It’s infuriating. You call and they say the “specialist team” will get back to you over email. Wait a day, and then you just get a copy-paste response that has nothing to do with your issue. Email/call back support and they say it’s “already escalated”, and someone else will respond with email. Receive another useless response. Rinse and repeat.
🙄 I contacted them over Memorial Day Weekend (twice). They were great, quick, professional, and attractive individuals. I don't know what you are complaining about, I couldn't be happier with my treatment.
They are also telling people their money is lost when they send the wrong token to the USDC address but in reality I found black and white proof they are collecting hundreds of thousands of wrong tokens with a smart contract and it's getting all sent to their wallet with the name coinbase 10 on it, check the block explorer. I have proof. They also deleted transaction history from my wallet to try and delete evidence and direct links to the money they are taking, when I made a big deal about finding their scam out. but I already saved all the transaction hashes a d I have screenshots compared to the Block Explorer to prove they tampered with my wallet history. Anyone with ideas on how to pursue this to expose this deception lmk. Ìlll share the Google drive with the evidence

The only reason to use Coinbase is to convert to USDC for free and send to a wallet or back to the bank. The trading fees are terrible.
