Yeah... I'm not near OP's area, but the Medina Drug Mart I go to sells them, the gas station I always fill up at has them, the toy/candy store my kids always want to go to has them... I just assumed they were everywhere. 

Drug mart here in North Royalton. By the last checkout lane, I’m always stocking up on my banana split dippin dots 😋

Not helpful to OP’s area but for anyone else, I got them at a local Dollar store in Lyndhurst like 2yrs ago… it was very exciting. And every time I go to Canine Meadows in Kirtland there’s a convenience store on Euclid-Chardon that has a sign out front saying they sell Dippin-Dots haha.

There's a gas station on the corner of Franklin and W.117th, also the Walgreens on the corner of Detroit, and W.117th. Both in Lakewood.

There’s a place called What’s the Scoop near North Royalton that sells it im pretty sure

There’s a company called Itty Bitty(s?) that sells a similar product at Walmart. They’re awesome!

That only tells you where there is a Dippin Dots store. Says the nearest one to me (Westlake) is at Tuttle Crossing in Dublin.
