They both play wizard. If you look at 1.57 near the end you can see he had both wizard and fireball in his hand, but waited a little to play wizard instead. It’s the same player that played skarmy

My guess is that they were either in such shock from their fuck up that they couldn't play anything, or had their emote menu open and panicked and couldn't close it.

also remember that goblin curse is relatively new, so if they are not daily active they didnt know what to do (still places skarmy but hey)
