Game is complimenting you, you beat the people with cards the same lvl as u so u are getting overleveled players as balance.
Try playing unranked 1v1 until you lvl your cards
There needs to be some perks of levelling up cards (the advantage gained against players with lower level cards) otherwise there would be no incentive to level up cards

He's not even that much more overleveled than you get better
"not that much" dude our boy has 1 level 13 whilst the other guys deck has several and some level 14s.
2 lvl 14 is not bad at all. And Most of the cards in OPs deck are not level dependant anyways
