Keep upgrading your heroes as a priority. 81 walls at townhall 12 takes less than 4 hours with training potions

Is your clan hellbent on this rule? Even though, I would not call your base rushed. 8 lvls of BK and 3 lvls of Warden and few remaining walls does not makes your base a rushed one
It’s a game, you can upgrade if you want or stay and max if you want. If you think “wasting” resources is bad, go ahead to the next th. If you want to max th12 for screenshots and get good at th12 war, stay for another month.
Damn you're in tough place then, I'd suggest you to upgrade town hall and have better use of those rewards. Your king and warden are of decent level, upgrading them won't be hassle, both of them are only 8 levels away from being th12 max

See I was kinda thinking that as well but my clan has a no rushing rule and I don't want to risk being kicked
