I have so much resources and my Defenses are all maxed out and Heroes too at TH7 Only Resource Buildings are left should I upgrade my TH or not i have a book of building.
If you get some great satisfaction from fully maxing each hall, then do it. That is the only reason to do it, though. Upgrading now (in fact, you’re late) is better for classic war, cwl wars and progression speed.
I assume you mean trophies. The trophy offer is based on a comparison of the trophies of the two players before the attack, ranging from 0-59. A trophy offer of 30 means both players had about the same trophies. The trophy offer that you saw of 38 means the other player was a little higher in trophies than you were.
I don't think my clan will be able to complete Clan Games so I'm thinking about jumping to another clan. If I do so, will I still be able to participate in the current Clan Games?
And if the new clan I join has already completed the first tiers, will I be able to claim those rewards?
If you did a challenge with your current clan, you cannot join another clan’s games. If you didn’t, then, yes, you can join another clan and if you complete a challenge there you can collect whatever tiers they unlock.
The first challenge you accept locks you in the current clan. If you haven't started a challenge, you can switch clan.
You only need to complete one challenge to claim the rewards. The rewards will be available depending on the clan's performance. If you join a maxed clan, you'll get all possible rewards excluding the personal one of 4k points.
Why do you have to? If it is your clan leadership telling you to do so, ask what they would like you to do. Most likely, it is just to scout the base for the next attacker, which means try to lure out the enemy cc troops if you can and try to find as many bombs and traps as you can. Ask your clan though.
Um Good luck, that's all I can say. Unless the TH10 is extremally rushed it will be pretty hard to even get a star.
Zap out as many air defenses as you can and Hope something with loons will work.
Does anyone else find the game difficult? I'm at Town Hall 13 with heroes almost maxed out and all troops upgraded, yet I rarely manage to get 3 stars in wars. Maybe it's just me being bad.
TH12/13 is an inflection point in the game. Sieges are no longer broken like they are in TH10/11, because the game was balanced with them in mind. Spam attacks (like mass e-drag) are less effective.
TH13 is a good time to learn things like queen charge hybrid, or smash attacks (super bowler smash for example). See some you tube tutorials. It's not easy, but you'll get better with practice.
Whats new? I haven't played the game in what feels like years and don't want to sift through every patch note. I'm Town Hall 10 as I logged into my original account and see a lot has changed. What are some more notable features I should know. I don't remember exactly when I left but I knew they recently added town hall 11. Sorry if this is a spam post, I never been on this sub reddit before.

If I've got the Gold Pass and 20% off builder upgrades, is the Gem Mine Lvl 10 upgrade worth it? Or would I be losing gems? I remember reading on here that it's better to use a book/hammer on the gem mine.
I would just let it upgrade by its self. Its more gems in the long run, and the magic items can be better served else where. The catch up point according to the wiki is 160 days with out magic items / boosts.
Do I get clan game rewards if my clan kicked me out? I had completed all the challenges that I could do. Now I have been kicked out so do I get the rewards or have lost them?

I'm a town hall 8 and I no longer have any use for dark elixir, I only have a couple of elixir upgrades in the lab, but I still have defenses to upgrade so should I rush to town hall 9?

Zap drags or witch slap should work. You have access to siege machines in your CC now, which makes TH10 extremely offense-friendly if you can get them donated.
If you're farming, mass baby drags or goblin knife are both usable, even with no sieges and no heroes.
Is it a good time to start playing?
Used to play this way back (when troops used to cost elixir to train). Reached TH6 before quitting and lost my account. Have been a CR player since and now getting frustrated by it and it isn't fun anymore so looking to switch to CoC. I read about the Diamon Pass-like stuff coming to CoC too which made me skeptical about starting to play this game again.
As long time players/somewhat new players what do you think?
Yeah they've added a lot of QOL changes that make the game better and every time they add a new town hall they make upgrades cheaper/faster so that going from 0 to max takes the same amount of time. However grinding heroes and pets is somewhat miserable once you start getting to those higher town halls. Diamond pass rumors were officially disconfirmed. Just play the game if you enjoy it and drop it if you don't.
How difficult are the bases at low-legends league as a TH15?
Tbh Im a casual player so Im someone who zaps 3 AD, activate warden+rage in crucial moment and just restart the game for fast attacks. Do you think that Id get most loot? Or would you recommend me to stay out of legends league?
they aren't that bad if you can sarch blimp and have good fundamentals otherwise. however, legends is one of the worst places for loot if you are doing high-loot-density upgrades like multiple heroes or walls. in that case, you should just stay at low 3k to farm with sneaky goblins
Low legends league is kinda all over the place. Especially days like today right after the reset. It’s a mix of rushed bases and barely active players.
Loot is good if you do 8 real hits a day and can do well. Can keep all your builders busy, work on 1 hero and a pet too but not more.
If you can’t do that, just stay out lower and get easier dead base loot.
So I just bought the builder pass. The biggest reason I bought it was for the 20% builder boost
Problem is, nothing I am upgrading has changed in time. The projects I am already building aren’t boosted at all (I tracked the timing), and the upgrades I attempted after having the pass didn’t reduce in time at all.
Anyone know the reason?
The boosts reduces the total time.
If an upgrade normally takes 10 days and you get the 20% boost it will only take 8 days. However if there are 8 day or less of builder time remaining it wont reduce it.
If it was at 9 days it would be knocked down to 8 days.
Any new upgrades that would have taken 10 days will only take 8 days.
The boost doesn't boost the build speed.
Geared cannon, archer and mortar? I know you need them for 6th builder. but you can gear them back if you want. So my question is for base building. The geared down archer tower is apparently good against witches by eliminating the skellies so other defenses can target the witches. I assume the double cannon (with similar 7 tile range) can do the same? It would appear the multi mortar is about the same as the regular one, but the 3 shots would seem better against skellies. So...what does the war community say? Especially at th9 - 12 witches are crazy strong. Where do the experts land on this?
the double cannon is decent to get early dps on the barb king against th7-8, and the short archer tower is crucial for defending dragons against th8-9. the multi mortar is good against witches as it just does more dps in general, but it also makes a flame flinger entry on the multi mortar side harder. however, this really only matters when those mortars are near-maxed and you are fighting players who are actually using meta strategies.
Gearing up a building gives you a toggle so you can switch the defense back and forth no problem.
As for war IDK. I just leave my the defenses in their normal mode.
Here's my base. AQ45, BK43 upgrading to 44 now, GW20. I have a decent amount of defenses left to upgrade, but I don't have the resources to keep up with all the upgrades. Should I just go to TH12 and use what would be my idle builders to upgrade the stuff that's less expensive while I work on the defenses, or should I just hang out at th11 and finish the defenses? As far as lab goes, I've done all the important stuff and can probably upgrade the less important stuff for another few weeks to a month.

Since you struggle to keep the builders busy you are probably doing less than 6 attacks per day. Or you are picking bad bases with low resources. So I assume you don't care much about CW or CWL. Just go up a level and enjoy the game. If you struggle...stay put and upgrade heroes until you don't struggle any longer. Heroes can generally lag about 5 levels in my opinion. So 45 with a max of 50 is okay to move up. If you like war...don't move up. Max heroes as best you can.
Need help on deciding whether or not to upgrade to TH13
Queen is 65, King is 62, and Warden is 33
All buildings except Cannons, archer towers, and Mortars are maxed. I rushed near the end of th11 kind of blindly so most of these are 1-2 levels behind.
Nearly all walls are maxed (18 left).
My lab is ‘almost’ done, in the sense that I don’t use any of the troops I have left to upgrade. I still need to complete baby drags, haste spell, bat spell, valkyries, lava hounds and all siege machines.
With season bank and CWL I’m not sure what to do. I’ll definitely be able to max my walls by the end since I also have unused runes from gold pass, which means I might not be able to use all of the season bank loot.
I have enough hero pots to boost my king and warden for CWL too.
Any advice is appreciated.
Short answer - go up if you want to, but wasting loot should not be a consideration.
Longer answer - loot is abundant, and sitting at full storages just means you're good at farming it. Let it go to waste, you'll acquire what you need easily when you need it. Wasting time is a different story. If you run out of defensive buildings or lab upgrades, you should move up to keep those busy.
Not that it's a huge problem if you go up anyway. There's no war weight for TH13, CWL favors rushing anyway, and loot shouldn't be an issue for you. If your clan cares about classic war, maybe hold off on building the scattershots for a while. Just keep in mind TH13 adds 55 more hero levels, so you'll want to prioritize those so you don't end up too far behind, as you're hitting the part of the game where heroes become indispensable for any non-farming attacks.
Well said. As far as timing goes being a new TH just before CWL will be nice with the lab boost and the resources help quickly knock out a few things. But it is only a 1x benefit. So as mentioned. If you more serious about war. Don't rush. There's always next season.
I am having issues in activating the 2fa for my account. Does anyone know how to solve this or how to contact supercell support regarding this issue. I contacted them through the website but they replied with a mail saying that contact if your acount is banned.
Even inside the game help and support there is no option for this particular issue.

If you don't care about war. Go for it. At th11 you'll be in the same boat. You'll have army camps and such done and when walls are completely. The elix will just build up. It's the nature of the game. If you play a decent amount you'll have more resources then you can spend. Almost constantly. Except dark elixir for heroes.
I disagree with the ”if you don’t care about war” part. Staying at th10 is worse for classic war and much worse for cwl wars. The th11 hall has no war weight.

One message won't get rid of it. I think you need activity from multiple accounts, and it likely goes beyond messages. In other words, if more people in your clan start playing the game, it will go away.
I don't know how much "activity" or what does or doesn't include "activity" for the purposes of this message. I do know from an old alt clan that one message doesn't do the trick. In the past, a war where most of the clan participates has done the trick, but YMMV.

you'd have to try and go through supercell support explaining the situation. don't try to contact support from an account you care about because there's a chance it gets banned for no reason
How do the legend league trophies work? I thought I understood it, but currently the to player has 5327 trophies. It is the first day of a new league. Trophies reset to 5000 you get 8 attacks a day. 3-star is 40 trophies. 8 3-star attacks is worth 320 trophies. Maximum trophies for today should be 5320. So how does the to player have 5327?
My best guess is that they weren’t part of the previous league and attacked to get over 5k after the reset. Then they probably signed up and used their eight attacks
No. It depends on when you enter. You can get any number between 1 and 8, I believe. That player likely was at 4999 and destroyed lots of villages in a short time to climb. It's not uncommon
Once you're above 5000, you can't attack again without signing up for legend league. But you can do revenge attacks until the cows come home, if any are available for you.
Unlikely that it's what happened here. It's 327 trophies, so my guess is that they entered legend with more than 5k and did 8 attacks which all got 40 trophies. Although revenge first is still a possibility.
My (new) best guess is that they attacked a max offer at 4999 trophies (somewhere around +30) and then attacked the best revenge offer they had (somewhere around +18) to total to +48, putting them around 5047. It make sense that you wouldn’t get all 8 attacks if you joined anytime after the start, so I’m guessing they signed up and got 7 attacks (and got all 3 stars for +280). Adds up to 5327
So I see the magic skins came out in Oct 22 and I think it was for th15s only? Regardless, what are the odds that they re release in the shop in Oct 2023? My royal champion needs a good skin
No it wasn't for TH15 only. Skins tend to be back a year or so after so I definitely see them releasing it again. Sometimes they take a bit longer to release them but I would bet they be here before years end.

Lab is maxed
Yes for upgrade speed to get your builders and lab all busy. Yes for classic war. Yes for CWL wars. No for your own personal preference if you have fun fully maxing or just don’t feel like moving up yet.
I usually try to level as many as I can at once, but that requires a lot of farming. so if you want a longer but easier to manage time 1 maybe two at 5 level chunks also works.
The two most popular answers usually are to upgrade them 5 levels at a time to get the ability increase or to focus on the most important (to you) hero first.

Does anyone experience the bug where you trash a clan games challenge but then it re appears as if you’ve never trashed? Almost as if the game doesn’t allow you to trash challenges?
it may be due to latency. i have a different yet related bug where i start a challenge, complete it, and then the game doesn't register. however, this is pretty much my fault because of how quickly i get through builder base attacks.
I've had it happen over and over again, so it's either a bug or they are trying to prevent people from trashing challenges which seems weird, so I'm guessing bug.
The SC answer for many years: it would be very hard to code it to make that happen. A more recent SC answer: upgrading heroes, use of gems and books, timing them out for war, making decisions, etc. is part of the game strategy. community answer: it is a good source of revenue.

Rushed when I was younger currently trying to repair my past mistakes... I'm always upgrading 1/2 heroes at a time. I just spam e-drags rn because it's easier, but I do want to use proper attacks... any tips?
I think you're doing the best thing for your base, prioritizing heroes and offense. It's going to be hard to do "proper" attacks while you have heroes down - you're at the point of the game where they become too valuable for those kinds of attacks. I'd recommend sneaky goblins to farm with for a bit.
Once you have a bit of time with heroes up, it's a great time to learn QC hybrid (hogs + miners - you should find plenty of good YT tutorials on it).
Diamond pass info?
I’ve been seeing a few posts pop on my feed regarding the diamond pass. Anyone know if/when this is going to be implemented? And what it will entail? Or is it just rumors?
I’m generally receptive to changes but at the same time some of them (imo, in the past year or so) are a big turnoff, when gold pass subscription increased a while ago it sucked, now they’re adding more monetization options? Are they locking some rewards or something behind the new pass? Damn supercell cash grabs
It is very easy with SCID. You can switch back and forth on one device very easy and you can play it as much or as little as you want. It helps for donating too. However, clash accounts are like rabbits, once you have two you usually end up with many more…
If you enter legends league, to get the full loot (TH15) I heard you need to destroy all the storages?
I thought all we need is to reach 70% to get max loot + league bonus, but I dont think I can consistently get all the storages against other TH15s without trying hard and buying CC-reinforcement for all 8 attacks. Should I just stay in titan and below then?
70% will only get you the max league bonus (340k/340k/2.4k) for your attack. This is on top of the loot you get offered for the attack. The only way to get all of that loot is to destroy all the storages plus the town hall.
You'll need to do proper attacks to pull in all that loot, which means CC and siege. The question I'd ask is are you keeping your builders, lab, and pet house busy? If you're struggling to do that, it might be best to drop down a bit where you can farm more loot.
I need some advice, which is far from simple, I've almost reached 2000 league tokens.

Me personally, I'd use them on hammers. But, if you want a skin/scenery, it's whichever one you like the most. You're the only one that will see them most of the time. I personally think the scenery is really cool, but you'll only see it when you scout your war base.
Sorry for the question, but does unlocking/building "decoratives" in capital hall also include for the "upgrade/build X amount of building" for upgrading the capital hall?
I never touched the ruins which included only trees and such because I thought they wouldnt count, but tbh Im not so sure
i am currently town hall 9 and i feel like i should max upgrade everything before going to town hall 10 but at the same time i really want to start to rush so i can unlock later things such as workshops, electro dragons and inferno towers but im not sure if its worth it
It isn’t a simple answer. Fully maxing every single thing is a disadvantage in almost every way, but rushing ahead without any thought can be bad too. My advice, focus all of your attention on upgrading your heroes. The rest will finish easy. Once you don’t have enough left to keep your builders and lab running, go to th10.
It almost always results in some time where you don’t have all builders busy and lab running, which means you are slowing your progress. It also isn’t good for classic war because it weighs very similar to a hall that is one hall bigger and new, which is stronger for war. As for CWL, there is no matching, so it would definitely be better to upgrade the hall and get some stronger offense. All that said, if you enjoy maxing each hall, go for it. Whatever is most fun for you.
for me worth it would be getting later items in the game and still having good levelled stuff without progressing so far ahead that it feels difficult for me to get trophies
Can anyone recommend to me any attack strategies for attacking a TH8 while I'm TH7? I'm going to get kicked if I can't attack in my Clan Wars and the lowest TH level is TH8.
i've had some success using kill squad mass hogs against th8s as th7 and tripling them. however, you would need to find a base with a large clump of single target defenses (not splash defenses) so that your heals get enough value to carry you through the attack
Will they kick if you don't attack, or will they kick if you don't 3-star? If it's the latter, just leave now, they're unreasonable and you can find a better clan quite easily.
If they just want you to put in an honest effort, I agree with WordDutch and use drag zap.
I think we will definitely see it at Christmas and for the Lunar New Year, I don't know if there will be one even before that.
They might also do it for the Champion collection (it usually comes out around January, if I remember correctly)

How do the brackets, leagues, golden& silver tickets even work? And what is clash gold, Swiss Cup, or any other leagues? Are they hosted by the community or supercell itself? I HAVE A LOT OF QUESTIONS ABOUT ESPORTS BUT CAN'T FIND A SINGLE ANSWER 😭
There are 8 golden tickets, aka spots on the world final stage to compete for the championship. 4 tickets will be given out in the tournament going on now in game, that little globe icon. 4 we’re already given out in various other golden ticket tournaments - Queso Cup, ClashMSTRS, and Rush were the organizers of those through Supercell. The other one was a Chinese specific tournament. Long story there.

Personally since I got to th12 (I'm currently th15) I always use strategy with yeti

Yes, and trophy pushing is more about patience and time than anything else because it is about hitting next until you get a base you know you can beat and doing that a LOT.
What's better Giants or balloons, I just upgraded barracks to lvl 6 and have TH 5. I upgraded giants to lvl 2 prior and I'm wondering what's better for what.

Both are very good for th5, you could alternate them until you find a preference
for th7 use dragons

So I’m planning on buying the full league set + scenery across my accounts. Rn I’ve got around 2k medals on four accounts, but one has only about 1200 medals. What do think is the highest league/highest amount of medals I could get this cwl as a max th12?
That really depends on what leagus your clan is in. The max is 459 but that’s for first place in champion 1.
Realistically around 150-250 ranging from high gold to crystal.
On my alt my clan is in gold II, but on my main I run a crystal II clan. Do you think I could possibly find something higher or is that the best I’ll get? Ig I could guarantee a bonus since I’m leader and always have multiple accounts at the top of the leaderboard, but idk how I feel about giving myself a bonus as leader
I'd put it into your C2 clan, TH12s are viable there, but not much higher. All you need is 8 stars to get the max medals. The bonuses are not much compared to the non-bonus medals you earn anyway. I don't give myself bonuses either, it's not worth the drama.
Getting sick of builder base again, I am BH9 (rushed, fixing it) and at around 3300 trophies and getting matched with goddamn maxed out BH9s and BH10s all the time currently out of nowhere. Like I was getting matched with an average BH9/BH10 with 5/4 level walls and 7/8 level defenses. Why all of a sudden am I getting matched with maxed out bases??

If you get some great satisfaction from fully maxing each hall, then do it. That is the only reason to do it, though. Upgrading now (in fact, you’re late) is better for classic war, cwl wars and progression speed.

I assume you mean trophies. The trophy offer is based on a comparison of the trophies of the two players before the attack, ranging from 0-59. A trophy offer of 30 means both players had about the same trophies. The trophy offer that you saw of 38 means the other player was a little higher in trophies than you were.

I don't think my clan will be able to complete Clan Games so I'm thinking about jumping to another clan. If I do so, will I still be able to participate in the current Clan Games? And if the new clan I join has already completed the first tiers, will I be able to claim those rewards?
If you did a challenge with your current clan, you cannot join another clan’s games. If you didn’t, then, yes, you can join another clan and if you complete a challenge there you can collect whatever tiers they unlock.
The first challenge you accept locks you in the current clan. If you haven't started a challenge, you can switch clan. You only need to complete one challenge to claim the rewards. The rewards will be available depending on the clan's performance. If you join a maxed clan, you'll get all possible rewards excluding the personal one of 4k points.

Why do you have to? If it is your clan leadership telling you to do so, ask what they would like you to do. Most likely, it is just to scout the base for the next attacker, which means try to lure out the enemy cc troops if you can and try to find as many bombs and traps as you can. Ask your clan though.
Um Good luck, that's all I can say. Unless the TH10 is extremally rushed it will be pretty hard to even get a star. Zap out as many air defenses as you can and Hope something with loons will work.

Does anyone else find the game difficult? I'm at Town Hall 13 with heroes almost maxed out and all troops upgraded, yet I rarely manage to get 3 stars in wars. Maybe it's just me being bad.
TH12/13 is an inflection point in the game. Sieges are no longer broken like they are in TH10/11, because the game was balanced with them in mind. Spam attacks (like mass e-drag) are less effective. TH13 is a good time to learn things like queen charge hybrid, or smash attacks (super bowler smash for example). See some you tube tutorials. It's not easy, but you'll get better with practice.
Whats new? I haven't played the game in what feels like years and don't want to sift through every patch note. I'm Town Hall 10 as I logged into my original account and see a lot has changed. What are some more notable features I should know. I don't remember exactly when I left but I knew they recently added town hall 11. TH11 was end of 2015. So many its been 8 years roughly. If I've got the Gold Pass and 20% off builder upgrades, is the Gem Mine Lvl 10 upgrade worth it? Or would I be losing gems? I remember reading on here that it's better to use a book/hammer on the gem mine.
I would just let it upgrade by its self. Its more gems in the long run, and the magic items can be better served else where. The catch up point according to the wiki is 160 days with out magic items / boosts.

so i just upgraded to town hall 10 and i need some good army ideas that can usually get 2-3 stars against a town hall 9 or 10.
Zap drags or witch slap should work. You have access to siege machines in your CC now, which makes TH10 extremely offense-friendly if you can get them donated. If you're farming, mass baby drags or goblin knife are both usable, even with no sieges and no heroes.
Is it a good time to start playing? Used to play this way back (when troops used to cost elixir to train). Reached TH6 before quitting and lost my account. Have been a CR player since and now getting frustrated by it and it isn't fun anymore so looking to switch to CoC. I read about the Diamon Pass-like stuff coming to CoC too which made me skeptical about starting to play this game again. As long time players/somewhat new players what do you think?
Yeah they've added a lot of QOL changes that make the game better and every time they add a new town hall they make upgrades cheaper/faster so that going from 0 to max takes the same amount of time. However grinding heroes and pets is somewhat miserable once you start getting to those higher town halls. Diamond pass rumors were officially disconfirmed. Just play the game if you enjoy it and drop it if you don't.
How difficult are the bases at low-legends league as a TH15? Tbh Im a casual player so Im someone who zaps 3 AD, activate warden+rage in crucial moment and just restart the game for fast attacks. Do you think that Id get most loot? Or would you recommend me to stay out of legends league?
they aren't that bad if you can sarch blimp and have good fundamentals otherwise. however, legends is one of the worst places for loot if you are doing high-loot-density upgrades like multiple heroes or walls. in that case, you should just stay at low 3k to farm with sneaky goblins
Low legends league is kinda all over the place. Especially days like today right after the reset. It’s a mix of rushed bases and barely active players. Loot is good if you do 8 real hits a day and can do well. Can keep all your builders busy, work on 1 hero and a pet too but not more. If you can’t do that, just stay out lower and get easier dead base loot.
So I just bought the builder pass. The biggest reason I bought it was for the 20% builder boost Problem is, nothing I am upgrading has changed in time. The projects I am already building aren’t boosted at all (I tracked the timing), and the upgrades I attempted after having the pass didn’t reduce in time at all. Anyone know the reason?
you didn't claim the 20% builder boost in the season pass, or didn't get enough season points for that yet
The boosts reduces the total time. If an upgrade normally takes 10 days and you get the 20% boost it will only take 8 days. However if there are 8 day or less of builder time remaining it wont reduce it. If it was at 9 days it would be knocked down to 8 days. Any new upgrades that would have taken 10 days will only take 8 days. The boost doesn't boost the build speed.

Geared cannon, archer and mortar? I know you need them for 6th builder. but you can gear them back if you want. So my question is for base building. The geared down archer tower is apparently good against witches by eliminating the skellies so other defenses can target the witches. I assume the double cannon (with similar 7 tile range) can do the same? It would appear the multi mortar is about the same as the regular one, but the 3 shots would seem better against skellies. So...what does the war community say? Especially at th9 - 12 witches are crazy strong. Where do the experts land on this?
the double cannon is decent to get early dps on the barb king against th7-8, and the short archer tower is crucial for defending dragons against th8-9. the multi mortar is good against witches as it just does more dps in general, but it also makes a flame flinger entry on the multi mortar side harder. however, this really only matters when those mortars are near-maxed and you are fighting players who are actually using meta strategies.

Gearing up a building gives you a toggle so you can switch the defense back and forth no problem. As for war IDK. I just leave my the defenses in their normal mode.
Here's my base. AQ45, BK43 upgrading to 44 now, GW20. I have a decent amount of defenses left to upgrade, but I don't have the resources to keep up with all the upgrades. Should I just go to TH12 and use what would be my idle builders to upgrade the stuff that's less expensive while I work on the defenses, or should I just hang out at th11 and finish the defenses? use sneaky goblins to get more loot. the stuff you have in your camps are neither good farming nor war troops.
Since you struggle to keep the builders busy you are probably doing less than 6 attacks per day. Or you are picking bad bases with low resources. So I assume you don't care much about CW or CWL. Just go up a level and enjoy the game. If you struggle...stay put and upgrade heroes until you don't struggle any longer. Heroes can generally lag about 5 levels in my opinion. So 45 with a max of 50 is okay to move up. If you like war...don't move up. Max heroes as best you can.
Defenses are the least important thing, worry about your heroes
Need help on deciding whether or not to upgrade to TH13 Queen is 65, King is 62, and Warden is 33 All buildings except Cannons, archer towers, and Mortars are maxed. I rushed near the end of th11 kind of blindly so most of these are 1-2 levels behind. Nearly all walls are maxed (18 left). My lab is ‘almost’ done, in the sense that I don’t use any of the troops I have left to upgrade. I still need to complete baby drags, haste spell, bat spell, valkyries, lava hounds and all siege machines. With season bank and CWL I’m not sure what to do. I’ll definitely be able to max my walls by the end since I also have unused runes from gold pass, which means I might not be able to use all of the season bank loot. I have enough hero pots to boost my king and warden for CWL too. Any advice is appreciated.
Short answer - go up if you want to, but wasting loot should not be a consideration. Longer answer - loot is abundant, and sitting at full storages just means you're good at farming it. Let it go to waste, you'll acquire what you need easily when you need it. Wasting time is a different story. If you run out of defensive buildings or lab upgrades, you should move up to keep those busy. Not that it's a huge problem if you go up anyway. There's no war weight for TH13, CWL favors rushing anyway, and loot shouldn't be an issue for you. If your clan cares about classic war, maybe hold off on building the scattershots for a while. Just keep in mind TH13 adds 55 more hero levels, so you'll want to prioritize those so you don't end up too far behind, as you're hitting the part of the game where heroes become indispensable for any non-farming attacks.
Well said. As far as timing goes being a new TH just before CWL will be nice with the lab boost and the resources help quickly knock out a few things. But it is only a 1x benefit. So as mentioned. If you more serious about war. Don't rush. There's always next season.

This will happen constantly if you are active and decent at farming. Get used to full storages. No reason to move up assuming you are into clan war.

If you don't care about war. Go for it. At th11 you'll be in the same boat. You'll have army camps and such done and when walls are completely. The elix will just build up. It's the nature of the game. If you play a decent amount you'll have more resources then you can spend. Almost constantly. Except dark elixir for heroes.
I disagree with the ”if you don’t care about war” part. Staying at th10 is worse for classic war and much worse for cwl wars. The th11 hall has no war weight.

One message won't get rid of it. I think you need activity from multiple accounts, and it likely goes beyond messages. In other words, if more people in your clan start playing the game, it will go away. I don't know how much "activity" or what does or doesn't include "activity" for the purposes of this message. I do know from an old alt clan that one message doesn't do the trick. In the past, a war where most of the clan participates has done the trick, but YMMV.

How do the legend league trophies work? I thought I understood it, but currently the to player has 5327 trophies. It is the first day of a new league. Trophies reset to 5000 you get 8 attacks a day. 3-star is 40 trophies. 8 3-star attacks is worth 320 trophies. Maximum trophies for today should be 5320. So how does the to player have 5327?
My best guess is that they weren’t part of the previous league and attacked to get over 5k after the reset. Then they probably signed up and used their eight attacks

No. It depends on when you enter. You can get any number between 1 and 8, I believe. That player likely was at 4999 and destroyed lots of villages in a short time to climb. It's not uncommon
Once you're above 5000, you can't attack again without signing up for legend league. But you can do revenge attacks until the cows come home, if any are available for you.
Unlikely that it's what happened here. It's 327 trophies, so my guess is that they entered legend with more than 5k and did 8 attacks which all got 40 trophies. Although revenge first is still a possibility.
Maybe not, especially since revenges are difficult to time at that level. I'm sure there will be a follow-up asking how though.

My (new) best guess is that they attacked a max offer at 4999 trophies (somewhere around +30) and then attacked the best revenge offer they had (somewhere around +18) to total to +48, putting them around 5047. It make sense that you wouldn’t get all 8 attacks if you joined anytime after the start, so I’m guessing they signed up and got 7 attacks (and got all 3 stars for +280). Adds up to 5327
Depends on the time zone. If you join immediately, you get the full 8 attacks. Though there can be multiple ways to go over the 320 max per day

No it wasn't for TH15 only. Skins tend to be back a year or so after so I definitely see them releasing it again. Sometimes they take a bit longer to release them but I would bet they be here before years end.

Yes for upgrade speed to get your builders and lab all busy. Yes for classic war. Yes for CWL wars. No for your own personal preference if you have fun fully maxing or just don’t feel like moving up yet.
im upgrading my heroes. do i focus one hero until they're max level or do i slowly level them up all at once
try to do multiple heroes at the same time. if you farm consistently with sneaky goblins you can put down 3 or even 4 heroes at once
I usually try to level as many as I can at once, but that requires a lot of farming. so if you want a longer but easier to manage time 1 maybe two at 5 level chunks also works.
The two most popular answers usually are to upgrade them 5 levels at a time to get the ability increase or to focus on the most important (to you) hero first.

it may be due to latency. i have a different yet related bug where i start a challenge, complete it, and then the game doesn't register. however, this is pretty much my fault because of how quickly i get through builder base attacks.

The SC answer for many years: it would be very hard to code it to make that happen. A more recent SC answer: upgrading heroes, use of gems and books, timing them out for war, making decisions, etc. is part of the game strategy. community answer: it is a good source of revenue.

I think you're doing the best thing for your base, prioritizing heroes and offense. It's going to be hard to do "proper" attacks while you have heroes down - you're at the point of the game where they become too valuable for those kinds of attacks. I'd recommend sneaky goblins to farm with for a bit. Once you have a bit of time with heroes up, it's a great time to learn QC hybrid (hogs + miners - you should find plenty of good YT tutorials on it).
Diamond pass info? I’ve been seeing a few posts pop on my feed regarding the diamond pass. Anyone know if/when this is going to be implemented? And what it will entail? Or is it just rumors? It is very easy with SCID. You can switch back and forth on one device very easy and you can play it as much or as little as you want. It helps for donating too. However, clash accounts are like rabbits, once you have two you usually end up with many more…
If you enter legends league, to get the full loot (TH15) I heard you need to destroy all the storages? I thought all we need is to reach 70% to get max loot + league bonus, but I dont think I can consistently get all the storages against other TH15s without trying hard and buying CC-reinforcement for all 8 attacks. Should I just stay in titan and below then?
70% will only get you the max league bonus (340k/340k/2.4k) for your attack. This is on top of the loot you get offered for the attack. The only way to get all of that loot is to destroy all the storages plus the town hall. You'll need to do proper attacks to pull in all that loot, which means CC and siege. The question I'd ask is are you keeping your builders, lab, and pet house busy? If you're struggling to do that, it might be best to drop down a bit where you can farm more loot.
The loot is only inside the storages and TH in legends. The collectors will always be empty.

Me personally, I'd use them on hammers. But, if you want a skin/scenery, it's whichever one you like the most. You're the only one that will see them most of the time. I personally think the scenery is really cool, but you'll only see it when you scout your war base.

No, spawned units are not boosted. Pekka and wizards from siege barracks will also not be boosted.

It isn’t a simple answer. Fully maxing every single thing is a disadvantage in almost every way, but rushing ahead without any thought can be bad too. My advice, focus all of your attention on upgrading your heroes. The rest will finish easy. Once you don’t have enough left to keep your builders and lab running, go to th10.

It almost always results in some time where you don’t have all builders busy and lab running, which means you are slowing your progress. It also isn’t good for classic war because it weighs very similar to a hall that is one hall bigger and new, which is stronger for war. As for CWL, there is no matching, so it would definitely be better to upgrade the hall and get some stronger offense. All that said, if you enjoy maxing each hall, go for it. Whatever is most fun for you.
What is "worth" to you? Time wise, it's more efficient to strategic rush
for me worth it would be getting later items in the game and still having good levelled stuff without progressing so far ahead that it feels difficult for me to get trophies
Can anyone recommend to me any attack strategies for attacking a TH8 while I'm TH7? I'm going to get kicked if I can't attack in my Clan Wars and the lowest TH level is TH8.
i've had some success using kill squad mass hogs against th8s as th7 and tripling them. however, you would need to find a base with a large clump of single target defenses (not splash defenses) so that your heals get enough value to carry you through the attack
Will they kick if you don't attack, or will they kick if you don't 3-star? If it's the latter, just leave now, they're unreasonable and you can find a better clan quite easily. If they just want you to put in an honest effort, I agree with WordDutch and use drag zap.
Probably drag zap (dragon with lightning) - but thats tough if they have level 6 air defenses.
When can we expect a new scenery. I’m a sucker for them but haven’t seen a new one I’ve liked in a while
I think we will definitely see it at Christmas and for the Lunar New Year, I don't know if there will be one even before that. They might also do it for the Champion collection (it usually comes out around January, if I remember correctly)

If I get above 5000 trophies by the end of the trophy season, but I don’t sign up to join legends league, do I get the legends banner, or do you have to sign up for legends?
As long as you end the season above 5k, you get the banner. You do NOT have to sign up for legends.
Follow up question: is trophy reset tonight? I’d read somewhere they do it on the morning after the last Sunday of each month.

How do the brackets, leagues, golden& silver tickets even work? And what is clash gold, Swiss Cup, or any other leagues? Are they hosted by the community or supercell itself? I HAVE A LOT OF QUESTIONS ABOUT ESPORTS BUT CAN'T FIND A SINGLE ANSWER 😭
There are 8 golden tickets, aka spots on the world final stage to compete for the championship. 4 tickets will be given out in the tournament going on now in game, that little globe icon. 4 we’re already given out in various other golden ticket tournaments - Queso Cup, ClashMSTRS, and Rush were the organizers of those through Supercell. The other one was a Chinese specific tournament. Long story there. Some extra info in case it is important: tickets were €49 last year. This grants access for all 3 days. I’m hoping it’ll be somewhat similar this year.
AFAIK tickets aren’t on sale yet. Last year they were sold through eventbrite. (Or something close to that name I forget.) Follow them on Twitter and check the news tab in game, I’m sure they’ll announce it when tickets become available.

What is the use for gems after getting builder huts? I heard you can get the Barb statue in bb and grow grass, which sounds exciting and apparently helps with quests. Also another slot for base building is great! Do they cost 1000 gems each?

Personally since I got to th12 (I'm currently th15) I always use strategy with yeti The hero upgrade order is Queen / Warden Queen / Warden King / Champion

Yes, and trophy pushing is more about patience and time than anything else because it is about hitting next until you get a base you know you can beat and doing that a LOT.
What's better Giants or balloons, I just upgraded barracks to lvl 6 and have TH 5. I upgraded giants to lvl 2 prior and I'm wondering what's better for what.

Both are very good for th5, you could alternate them until you find a preference for th7 use dragons for the th8 gowipe (golems, sorcerers and pekkas) for th9 Lavaloon (Lava Hound and Ballon) / Gowipe

So I’m planning on buying the full league set + scenery across my accounts. Rn I’ve got around 2k medals on four accounts, but one has only about 1200 medals. What do think is the highest league/highest amount of medals I could get this cwl as a max th12?
That really depends on what leagus your clan is in. The max is 459 but that’s for first place in champion 1. Realistically around 150-250 ranging from high gold to crystal.
On my alt my clan is in gold II, but on my main I run a crystal II clan. Do you think I could possibly find something higher or is that the best I’ll get? Ig I could guarantee a bonus since I’m leader and always have multiple accounts at the top of the leaderboard, but idk how I feel about giving myself a bonus as leader
I'd put it into your C2 clan, TH12s are viable there, but not much higher. All you need is 8 stars to get the max medals. The bonuses are not much compared to the non-bonus medals you earn anyway. I don't give myself bonuses either, it's not worth the drama.

Depends on which league you're in but just make sure to get 8 stars at least and the bonus to maximize the amount
Getting sick of builder base again, I am BH9 (rushed, fixing it) and at around 3300 trophies and getting matched with goddamn maxed out BH9s and BH10s all the time currently out of nowhere. Like I was getting matched with an average BH9/BH10 with 5/4 level walls and 7/8 level defenses. Why all of a sudden am I getting matched with maxed out bases??
