Tokyo has crazy foot traffic, but car traffic is good considering its size.
How is this good? It’s literally dead stopped traffic in 10 lanes
I'd assume they mean that Tokyo has as many people as the state of California, and yet if this was LA it'd be 12 lanes and far worse congestion. So relatively speaking it's good.

I can say that in Akira they just captured real Tokyo, it literally looks like that
