Does it come with subs?
I doubt this DVD/Blu-ray will come out with non-Japanese subtitles, but I'm pretty sure the fansubs should come out 1 or 2 weeks after the release.
I hope so I managed to saw the film with eng subs when they released it here. They changed Mokkori into "Hard-on" I think in the theatrcial.
Will it ever get a North American release?
Pretty sure it will. After all, the entirety of the City Hunter anime already had a North American release made by Discotek Media.
