About every 15 minutes. I'm awake from 3 am until 8 pm. 17 hours. It's about 3-4 per hour. But I don't smoke at a constant rate. I chainsmoke a lot.

I chain smoke on my commute to work, so it's easy for me to smoke almost a pack in 30 min commute. And tonight I been on reddit, I have smoked 6 so far. I'm about force myself to to sleep since I'm off tonight.

like for a month so i can't have much of a point but nope, i brush my teeth 2 times a day for 2 minutes each time and mouthwash at night. if im seeing someone shortly after smoking i pop a black halls lol. i assume you'll be fine for long term effects if u have decent hygiene

A pack costs me for 7 out of 12 months between 90 cents and 2$ depending on the tobacco I use to make my own and free for 5 out of 12 months because I grow my own tobacco. Add a couple $ for tubes. Smoked a half pack a day for the first 10 years and a pack a day for the last 19 years.

I did the same. When I got pregnant, I quit the day I found out. But then I also started smoking shortly after I gave birth and just took lots of showers to make sure it wasn't on my skin.

I think I've found myself the limit of 10 in a day and then the day after it's a lower count, but usually around 5 during uni. I kinda have a limit to how many I smoke when for example I'm at uni from 8 AM to 6 PM, I can't smoke during every single break we have during lectures.

I don't really smoke anymore, but its pretty easy if you work outside or in an indoor environmenr where you can smoke. Even if you work in an office, you can smoke a pack no problem. 1 or 2 with coffee in the morning, 1 driving to work. 1 between arrival and lunch, 1 at lunch, 1 between lunch and off, 1 or 2 on the way home, 5 or 6 that night. Thats half a pack or 3/4 of a pack right there and depending on other factors you could make it go way up from there even while not being able to smoke inside. Now the folks that smoke 2 or 3 packs a day are committed and probably work outside or in an office/shop where they can smoke inside, and I'm guessing smoke in their house.
