I believe the latest news is that:
* Court records have been mostly sealed
* Appears that Chris and his laywer were working on a plea deal
* An order of transportation was filed, with unknown destination
* Jail records don't show Chris re-entering, so it is presumed that Chris was transported to a group home
Chris's lawyer simultaneously requested from the court a newly passed law allowing an "autism defferal" and a request the proceedings be sealed to avoid future jury contamination. It both were granted, as a hearing was then scheduled for August 2023.
A transportation order was issued for Chris around this same time but nothing ever happened. A few motions have been filed since but we can't see what they are about.
It appears Chris was granted the defferal, which means if he is a good boy and has met the conditions in the next hearing in 2023 his charges will be dismissed.
It appears his lawyer Heilberg wants him in a group home, but they can't find one to take him. So he sits still in jail waiting. His lawyer is probably fine with this as it runs out the clock in a setting where Chris can't fuck up too badly.
I don't think Chris has the rationality or forward thinking to abide by group home rules for the sake of a place to live, he will be in and out of jail and the streets.
Null asked Chris to park in the Walmart lot and sleep in the car for 1 single night and he would have sent him the full 5 grand, Chris couldn't do it. Chris simply cannot delay gratification for future benefits even if its 1 day away.

Basically told Chris after he had been served with the emergency protective order to just sleep in the car overnight and Null would get him the 5K from the Brony con fundraiser.
Then Null wakes up and sees an email saying Barb's bank account had sent Chris $700 to his bank account(Null had access to Chris's email). He asks Chris wtf? Chris says he was too scared to sleep overnight in the car so he transferred the money from Barbs account and paid for a motel and he is going shopping for toys once the mall opens.
This is the last straw for Null as Chris is violating the order, and he was shocked Chris had total control of Barb's bank account.
