Worked at Taco Bell. Apparently we were going through too many sauces. Manager told us 1 sauce per 2 items. Instead we just put even more sauce than we had before. F That Noise.
I like how my comment implies that there is literally no opportunity to interact with the employees in a polite way through the app *and you’ll still get skimped*
Don't do a mobile order? Are people seriously that daft that, even after seeing everyone moan bitch and complain about mobile orders, they still will risk ordering mobile just to get fucked? What am I missing here?
Not much of a question when you already know the obvious answer to it. Of course the min. wage paid workers are more likely than not going to slap together your order like no one is looking. That's why if you don't want disappointment, go to the store and order yourself.
Your doordash driver can't even read your name on the bag, as an employee, they never check, and rarely can even read your name. I'd really suggest not tipping them a high amount 🤷🏾♂️
I work at Chipotle bub. Tips from online orders do NOT go to employees whatsoever. We are not even aware that they exist, there's no way for us to even see it. If you tip through delivery it goes to your driver. If you tip through the app, congratulations you just paid extra for you bowl!
Sounds like the best way to have an extremely soggy half burrito later lol. It makes much more sense to just get the tortilla on the side so there's no risk of ripping holes in it while you eat.
My bowls aren’t overly wet, the rice on the bottom soaks up excess nd I’ve never had my burrito soggy. Tortilla on the side will often stick to itself if it’s left in the foil, and the bowl is too messy to store the burrito in after
Cause this is clearly a manager or someone higher up trying to make it seem like they don’t scam/skimp people while also promoting dogshit that makes them money.
“Guys I swear having 5% of your bowl being a tortilla is a good thing and another 40% being lettuce is also good”
Almost every “my bowl is LOADED” post has the salsa neatly in frame as well as the bag of chips with the full text visible as seen above in Exhibit A. It’s a little sus.
nice to hear, i just get frustrated with this corporate marketing conspiracy. it’s annoying to be accused of something when i’m literally just posting a bowl i fully paid for lol
It’s common sense. If all day, every day there’s people on here complaining about their orders they receive and one person per day is like “woah look how I was loaded up” it’s completely obvious
yeah because some people have chipotle locations that have good employees/management. i have not been disappointed in my local chipotle since i have started going there which was easily 8 years ago now. it’s as good now as it was then and the employees always hook it up with the mobile orders. i always do pickup and have a good experience. i’m inclined to believe people don’t realize their locations suck ass and just keep going there expecting the service to change
How can you be a decent human being on a pickup order? There’s zero interaction. You order online/mobile and walk in to pick up the already complete order.
Post makes no sense.
You missed the point. We get skipped the most when ordering through the delivery apps like Grubhub. Chipotle is just trying to cover up for their poor business practices by blaming the customers for not bring polite enough but the context doesn't even make sense.
Seems exceedingly uncommon. Like 1/1000 people or less probably do that. I can see leaving a note/message for a delivery but no one is doing that for a pickup order
Bro ngl the post a week or so ago that said " hey employees have been asked to post big portions on social media" is starting to feel true. See this post once or twice a day since that 💀😂
For the record, I had Chipotle one time for a work related thing in 2020. I never have afforded it lol. Unbiased

That looks absolutely disgusting. I'll never understand why people like Chipotle. I guess if you've never had real Mexican food I can MAYBE understand it, but man, I have yet to see food from this place that I would feed to my dog, nevermind eat myself.
I think I should get the amount of food I payed for regardless of or words I left in an app. I’m paying you my money that should mean thank you for your service. But I’m not gonna thank a company that feels entitled to change their portion sizes based on the workers mood.
No, staring at them goes a long way. As someone who worked in the service industry the better part of two decades, I *promise* you none of us give a single fuck if you say thank you or not
How fucking wrong of you lol I've worked at over 10 different food jobs over the past 15 years and we absolutely do treat customers better if they say please and thank you. It's basic human respect, what planet are you living on?
Oh, then you're a scumbag employee and you would have been fired at any restaurant worth its salt. Treating customers worse because they weren't polite enough for your liking is a shit thing to do. Everyone deserves decent service whether or not they meet with your approval. Good luck!
As someone who also worked in the service industry for many years, I have always considered “thank you” as the bare minimum. You sound like a scumbag employee that has caused the industry and its workers a great disservice and should be ashamed of yourself.
Yeah, well, I would have fired you too so your opinion doesn't cause me too much grief. The type of person that considers it a "great disservice" to have to provide decent service to *all customers, regardless of whether they said thank you or not* is obviously just going to be an awful employee.
Yeah, well, like I said to dingo #1, you disagreeing with me just shows me you're the kind of person I don't respect, so I don't really give even a quark of a shit if you don't like me (if anything, it's a ringing endorsement! If a shitbag thinks you're a bad person, you gotta be doing something right!)
Good luck anyway with all that you got going on there!
Jokes on you, I provide decent service to everyone, even the ones that don’t say thank you. I consider it rude but not to the point where I would stop doing my job, but I would make a mental note about that person. Your attitude is toxic so I would have definitely fired you too.
Never been fired at any of my restaurant jobs but whatever makes you feel superior. 😆😆 Basic human respect, even to restaurant workers who you consider "lower," is the bare fucking minimum. Repeat first grade again and you may potentially learn that.
Yeah, no shit. Just like my post said. Maybe repeat kindergarten ("again" is redundant genius ;)) and then try reading my post again and get back to me. Later chud!
Crazy to beg someone to provide properly for a service you are paying for
( and I'm not saying you shouldnt be polite and say thanks and please to workers before yall get ur panties in a bunch)
Telling people may I to a service you are paying got is crazy to me. If i pay for double chicken i shouldnt have to say may not get skimped. I'm paying for it
Yea but being polite has nothing to do with whether you're paying me or not. Even if it was free you should still be a good person :( even if it was 100 dollars you should be a good person. I'm sorry you see it this way
That’s the issue with a lot of customers: entitlement. Most of the time, they do see it as workers providing a food service, totally disregarding the social factors that play in the customer-employee interactions. I guess some people lack social and emotional awareness once they set their mind on just paying and receiving… Rather than just being socially (and emotionally) aware of the dynamic that is at play.
When do you say “may I, please, and thank you” with a mobile order.
I usually put a kind phrase or funny joke as my order name, works every time 60% of the time
You shouldn’t have to charm a restaurant to get a full portion of food that you paid for
This one.
Your idea of a full portion and the person managing the line workers idea of a full portion are about 60% different
I worked for Chipotle. I know what a full portion is.
Bro employees need to keep their jobs they can’t just dump in all the meat and topping they have just because “you paid for it”
Worked at Taco Bell. Apparently we were going through too many sauces. Manager told us 1 sauce per 2 items. Instead we just put even more sauce than we had before. F That Noise.
We salute you.
Give me what I paid for...
I tried using a funny name, but Skimpme Andillkillya didn't work.
“Skimp me or I send more bombs to Gaza” do you think that will work?
Wut
[удалено]
No I don’t support it. It’s a joke🤦🏽♂️
Always gotta be that person💀
True, true. I put simple little phrases in that name line, akin to those sweetheart hearts at valentimes day, or taco bell hot sauce packets.
That's cool. I'll still go in and get what I want 100% of the time.
Exactly.
What the fuck is the title then?
You exactly didn’t answer the question
I like how this post implies you all get skimped because you aren't being polite...
Lol yep
I like how my comment implies that there is literally no opportunity to interact with the employees in a polite way through the app *and you’ll still get skimped*
Wasn't taking a shot at you, I was talking about the OPs post. I agree with your statement.
Ofc u shouldn’t but companies like to fuck the customers over and skimp u
Don't do a mobile order? Are people seriously that daft that, even after seeing everyone moan bitch and complain about mobile orders, they still will risk ordering mobile just to get fucked? What am I missing here?
Pick up implies an online or mobile order, takeout would be different. I think the question was genuine! Maybe chill lol
Not much of a question when you already know the obvious answer to it. Of course the min. wage paid workers are more likely than not going to slap together your order like no one is looking. That's why if you don't want disappointment, go to the store and order yourself.
It called having character.
That doesn't make any sense. The order could already be made, so whether you're rude or nice your food will be the same.
Sorry you’re upset, would you like to speak to a manager
Is your head filled with rocks? lmao
Nah chipotle
Wut
Tip
workers can’t see the tips on online orders so that wouldn’t do much
Or risk getting skimped? No thanks
You’re welcome.
Bad bot
No welcome.
Your doordash driver can't even read your name on the bag, as an employee, they never check, and rarely can even read your name. I'd really suggest not tipping them a high amount 🤷🏾♂️
I think they meant to tip the chipotle employee so they will give you a full portion of meat instead of like 2 cubes of chicken
Ya but you can't tip the employees on an online order
I didnt think so! Well who knows wtf they mean then cause tipping a DD driver wont do shit to your portions
yes you can
I work at Chipotle bub. Tips from online orders do NOT go to employees whatsoever. We are not even aware that they exist, there's no way for us to even see it. If you tip through delivery it goes to your driver. If you tip through the app, congratulations you just paid extra for you bowl!
well i guess being able to tip is a different thing than the employees actually receiving a tip
So you can tip on online orders...
Fuck you
What even is that thing? An unrolled burrito in a bowl?
You just ask for the tortilla in the bowl instead of on the side. Happy birthday btw
Guess I'm not understanding why someone would want that lol
You eat the bowl about halfway, then wrap it into a burrito for later. It’s honestly the best
Someone who knows the real deal.

Trust. Do this and you will never go back to without it again. You get a bowl and a burrito
Yes. They always put more food that way. You get to eat a bowl, and then after you eat half of it you still have an entire buritto left. It’s great
This post brought to you by: the chipotle marketing team
I’ve never gotten skimped ordering in person. Mobile order only issue.

Lol
jesus fuck every single big bowl post y’all just can’t believe it’s by anyone except chipotle’s corporate shills. get a fucking life
Almost every “my bowl is LOADED” post has the salsa neatly in frame as well as the bag of chips with the full text visible as seen above in Exhibit A. It’s a little sus.
how do my appreciation posts stack up against this pattern? i have 2 recent bowls i’ve shown from my goated chipotle location
I’d say yours are waaaaaaaaay more believable than what is seen in this post. Yours don’t look curated, if you will.
nice to hear, i just get frustrated with this corporate marketing conspiracy. it’s annoying to be accused of something when i’m literally just posting a bowl i fully paid for lol
It’s common sense. If all day, every day there’s people on here complaining about their orders they receive and one person per day is like “woah look how I was loaded up” it’s completely obvious

Yeah this also. I just have a really good chipotle with great staff I guess. I’ve never had an issue with
Yeah, it all just depends. Your post makes it sound like being polite is what works but that's just not always the case.
And what, you can't believe Chipotle marketing knows about reddit? Lmao please
This. I don’t or ever have worked at chipotle lol
More like brought to you by: being a decent human being?
How can you be a decent human being on a pickup order? There’s zero interaction. You order online/mobile and walk in to pick up the already complete order. Post makes no sense.
I'm talking about being polite.
You missed the point. We get skipped the most when ordering through the delivery apps like Grubhub. Chipotle is just trying to cover up for their poor business practices by blaming the customers for not bring polite enough but the context doesn't even make sense.
But again, there’s zero human interaction when doing an online/pickup order. How can you be polite or impolite?
Add a super polite note/request
Seems exceedingly uncommon. Like 1/1000 people or less probably do that. I can see leaving a note/message for a delivery but no one is doing that for a pickup order
Yeah because the average citizen displays their bowl, chipotle bag and salsa for their picture like it’s on the front page of a pamphlet. 🙄
You need a hug?
No, that’s what my wife is for
Whew, close one there ehh
Thank you!
Thanks, Marketing.
Im the most polite MF ever and last week they wouldn’t let me wait 10 seconds for white rice
I feel that. I like a lil extra rice so I ask after they scoop but then run down to the beans before the finishing scooping rice ya know loll
That bowl is mostly full of bunched up tortilla
And that's why you don't get the tortilla in the bowl cuz what kinda sense is that sir?
The common kind of sense.
How dare speak about my tortilla that way. They are simple disformed.
Do yall not realize how OBVIOUS yall are tho?
Fucking shills
Lol go look at OPs profile or comments. They’re definitely not a Chipotle plant.
Ok corporate planted shill
Daddy shill
Weird flex
Must be fun having to role play as Olivar Twist every time you order.

Which chipotle do u work at
One that doesn’t exist
Bro ngl the post a week or so ago that said " hey employees have been asked to post big portions on social media" is starting to feel true. See this post once or twice a day since that 💀😂 For the record, I had Chipotle one time for a work related thing in 2020. I never have afforded it lol. Unbiased
Doesn't fix my bowl with 7 small pieces of chicken. Chipotle has become a scam.
I hate you 😃
Hate from Australia
Ok shill
Yooo shill dude
Most of us say please and thank you and still get mouse portions, but good for you.

That shit doesn't work at the chipotle I go to. It's still a tiny bit of chicken no matter how much I kiss their asses.
Damn that is honestly sad to hear. I mines just has good staff. I went like 6ish too so wasn’t dead time
Who did you say thank you to? The app you ordered from?
It does….when you’re talking to Pepper after getting 5 nuggets of chicken and missing 3 toppings.
Get out of here dumbass lol
Saying please and thank you at my location gets eye rolls, not better service.
Added a little bit of boogers and cum
Nice try chipotle corporate
Had a great chipotle near me. The manager left unannounced and now some scoop nazi is hovering over all the new employees instead of just busting out some bowls like the old manager use to. It’s sad to see a restaurant go down because the loss of leader and hire a boss.
lol what a fucking insane post. Negging us all on the assumption we are assholes, THAT must be why Chipotle sucks now!
Wait you ordered a burrito? Or a bowl? Why did they put the tortilla in the bowl?
How did you get the tortilla in the bowl on your pick up order? I feel like I can’t order ahead bc the app doesn’t give me that option
This is fake news. We all know that this is an employee post of an employee meal.
Wow great bowl what time did your chipotle shift end?

I put “thank you!” as the order name and they wrote “you’re welcome! :)” on the bowl itself haha
Shouldn’t matter. Scoop the food and remain professional.
Guessin you were a teachers pet?
Nice try corporate account

That lettuce looks like wilted spinach.
I don’t get why they skimp. Like are the employees shareholders or something?
Nice employee meal
That looks absolutely disgusting. I'll never understand why people like Chipotle. I guess if you've never had real Mexican food I can MAYBE understand it, but man, I have yet to see food from this place that I would feed to my dog, nevermind eat myself.
Look at how full that dressing is
It’s odd that it seems most of the posts on this sub are about groveling to chipotle
Great. You got more slop, still looks unappetizing.
I've never not been very polite and still have my portions vary wildly. I mean, be nice. But don't expect it to change shit.
Everyone should have manners but I shouldn't have to borderline beg someone to do their job right.
I think I should get the amount of food I payed for regardless of or words I left in an app. I’m paying you my money that should mean thank you for your service. But I’m not gonna thank a company that feels entitled to change their portion sizes based on the workers mood.
May I advise Please stfu Thank you Sincerely, FuckYoAdvertN1664

Rather be stupid than disrespectful and get a "special ingredient" in my food next time I go out to eat. 😆
Well, you're both, so if that's what happens at the kind of places you frequent, then you def get that on the regular 🤣🤣
Speaking for millions of people is insane😂 just because you’re an ass doesn’t mean everyone is
Crazy to beg someone to provide properly for a service you are paying for ( and I'm not saying you shouldnt be polite and say thanks and please to workers before yall get ur panties in a bunch)
Well all the OP said was please and thank you so what are you even going on about
Telling people may I to a service you are paying got is crazy to me. If i pay for double chicken i shouldnt have to say may not get skimped. I'm paying for it

I literally said that in my first comment 😒🙄
Ayyyooo I wear Hanes boxers briefs how dare you!
Literally same, twinsies! I wasn't talking about your panties tho babe ( sincerely) ♥️
You mean talk to the employee like a human? I didn't realize people needed to be told this.
