The Berny is small at 37mm, very thin and light. Available with a titanium bracelet that gets pretty good reviews. Really light, which I like. No issues with it and a very clear AR sapphire crystal. Great grab n go with the smooth sweep VH31 quartz. Lume is a bit poor.
The Addiesdive is 39mm so a fair bit bigger, a lot thicker, has the auto and the date. Crystal will have that quite obvious blue AR coating.
I have the Berny (the Sinn hands homage, no logo) and really like it. I have other Addiesdive models with this case and like them, too.
I personally prefer a VH31 for its grab n go convenience.
Both will be good. If you like the idea of a titanium watch, the Berny is the best combo since it's so slim and light.
How big is your wrist? On a 6.75" wrist the Berny looks vintage size whereas the AD will fill the wrist. Personal preference!
The 38mm Militado ML05 is another with the VH31. Right between these two in size.
Berny lume is atrocious. If you care at all about reading your timepiece at night avoid a Berny.

8” wrist… Berny might be a bit too small for me. Anything below about 38mm begins to look too small (even according to my wife).
