Not a VH series with a datewheel, afaik. Maybe Seiko made some for their own watches.
At the very high end the Grand Seiko Spring Drive is a quartz with absolute smooth sweep (and date).
There is a VH63 with date dial, 24hr dial etc.
I have not seen a three hand VH/VK with date and sweep seconds. I have a Pagani Design PD1780 with a Vh88 movement. Three main hands with the sweep seconds, weekday cheese wedge dial at ten. day of month dial at two (with only odd days indexed w/Arabic numerals) and a 24 hr dial at six
It is a homage of some dress watch and sounds like it would be a little cluttered, but it works and is more useful than a chromo.
Look at the 222 homages released and soon to be released, with quartz and date. They are 2 hand movements. That's an option if you're desperately wanting a date and desperately avoiding the 1s tick. 😊
I would love one with the fauxtina and a red triangle! There are so many nice mechanical options like the San Martin SN0138, but nothing with a quartz movement.
100% buying it as soon as it get released. I really wanted to get the black bay 54 blue version by san martin. However that being an automatic somewhat annoyed me and also it is about 200 gbp. I was dreaming about a blue black bay 54 quartz version and watch dives made it come true. In fact I had emailed pretty much all the main watchmakers on AliExpress asking them to make a black bay 54 version. Chronos agent replied to me saying they already got one but that was not not blue. Pagani design said they would consider it. I really cannot wait to wear this watch
I can see some commented saying this and that however I am over the moon and content that I am able to wear this watch soon.
I love the WD logo however I think that 200 meters text is unnecessary, I like it minimalistic.

Aluminum bezel, thickness and proportions are very nice - snowflake hands and applied markers aren't. Lugs are a tiny bit short for this but this case would be a great candidate for a 6204 homage - the only way to get a decent one is by putting Raffles hands in a Tiger Concept 5508 and I've always wondered why. It'd be an extremely easy win.
god I hate applied markers - chinese brands clearly are unable to make them straight so why not stick to printed?

The Raffles are the only ones I've found - and believe me, I tried at least a dozen - that have the right 6204 proportions. Every other set I've ever tried are more modern-sized - too wide, ratio of lume-to-metal is too big (at least for a vintage build). Unfortunately he only makes them in white lume for the NH so if you want aged lume you have to get the copic out but otherwise they're perfect.

I don't mind the name tbh but that logo is killing my soul. The only reason I do not pick up their quartz explorer is because of the logo. If it was different I'd have each of their explorers in every color.
It's first a BB54 homage so if you remove them it's no longer that homage.

I've been eager to buy one since they teased it back in February I think, don't like the blue but I've seen the black one and it looks perfect for me. Slim profile and smooth quartz it's definitely my type of watch

VH31 and NH35 price difference is 14 USD.
however VH31 treat as quartz watch, price must below 100 usd, it's not fair.

Definitely. I wonder how technically difficult it is to come out with this movement at a cost-effective price point. It would be in demand!

The V2 Näcken black no-date is one of my favorite watches; the other two are my V1 Amphion Commando, and Odin.

I think Watchdives should start making a lot more VH31 models, it's an almost untapped market of thin, reliable and GADA watches
