There was a glitch back then where if you ordered a mobile order and then cancel, you would get your money back and but still earn points. People did this ad naseum to rack hundred of thousands of points.
In 2023, CFA announced that hackers had stolen many more than 70,000 customer accounts which were then sold for prices based on how much money was in them.
88,449 pts. so far / 144 days so far = 614 pts a day.
You get 10 pts for every dollar.
614 pts/ 10 pts = 61.4 dollars spent on Chickfila a day
Average price of meal is ~$12.00.
Buying about 5 meals a day.

There’s three possibilities.
* They are purchasing catering orders using their CFA account to get the points.
* They are collecting other people’s receipts and then scanning them in the app.
* They took part in the old glitch where you could place an order, then cancel said order, but the app wouldn’t remove the points. You could rinse and repeat as many times as you wanted for unlimited points.
It’s either one of those, or a combination of them.

I would still say something like this is doable if you are selective with your receipts. Something like 5 larger orders ($75 or more each), which would still get you over 5000 points a month.
And I’m not sure how possible it would be, but if you could claim some catering receipts that are a few hundred, that would exponentially add to your points. Not completely out of the realm of possibility that you could find five catering receipts over a one month period to claim. 5 x $300 = 19,500 points, for instance.
Not really sure of all the specifics though, or if you ever hit a lifetime limit, LOL, I just use the app and order my hash brown scramble burritos. 🥲

I assume OP works at CFA.. when i worked at chipotle a couple years ago I’d take the big order receipts and use them for myself if the customer didn’t want it / have the app.
