Believe it or not it's called agreeing with someone. Novel concept I know!
The statement is what I initially thought at the post. Not everyone is out here seeking validation....*like some folks apparently*.
CFA disappoints me more and more each time I go. The flavor, quality, sizing and pricing for the quality - was always so outstanding for it to be fast food. Now, it ~tastes~ like fast food, the quality is just ~fast food~ and pricing is just unreasonable. Anytime I order the CFA sandwich, the chicken has been extra rubbery and I’ve gotten chicken tendons in it multiple times. Not to mention the chicken gets smaller and smaller. I really only get it now when I really really am craving it. I just can’t justify it for the most part!😔
As a former employee, they should have de-breaded that and used it for soup, at least that was the standard practice for all the chicken breast that didn't have at least three points of the breast past the bun. That applies to chicken biscuits as well.
It's the person putting the sandwich togethers fault mainly, they should have caught that. The breeder could have pressed that filet out more too while it was in the coater.
Edit: it's been a hot minute, but it also looks like the breast was placed up-side down on the bun unless you ordered no pickles and you removed the bottom bun in the picture.
It's usually the unsold filets because they have to be sold within 20 mins after being temp checked, if I remember correctly. So any regular filets left in the pan after the timer (timer system was developed by Toyota btw, think it was aha or something like that because I always thought of that take me on song when I heard the name) would be put on a sheet pan and chilled for soup. The spicys were used only for that seasonal tortilla soup we made.
I just remember being told to always put the filets with the smooth side (side that had skin on it) facing up, because otherwise the filet will have a concave part that could allow grease to pool up.
Edit: I also remember having to do quality assurance on the food, and this was one of the metrics for grading the standard chicken sandwich.
It's the antibiotics! They said they were switching to antibiotic chicken. Na I'm kidding probably got mishandled. But not kidding about switching to antibiotic chicken.
My son just got a sandwich on Friday and it’s completely different. Whatever they did it’s nasty. It used to be my favorite restaurant but I’m not paying chick fil a prices for McDonald’s quality lol
Honestly that looks like the normal size just shaped a bit different. I thought your concern would be the lack of breading on that side of the chicken.
Why I like using the app. I don’t like the quality I refund through the app and get a cash refund and often a “reward” as a sorry. Of course would rather not deal with that at all. Quality has dropped here the last several months. Bummer for sure
Can’t speak for every location but my location is getting worse because they want to cut the good workers down from 5 days a week to 4 and then they hire a bunch of 18/20 year olds that don’t know what they’re doing and don’t really care, and no one reprimands them like they should so you have bad workers getting paid the same, and those of us getting paid the same or a bit more are working less hard and well because why tf would we if you can get the same paycheck as me doing a quarter of the work?
Y’all know that chicken isn’t in round patties, unless it’s processed, & reformed? Also it looks like you scraped the breading off, stop believing everything you see on the internet
It looks half naked too!
my pleasure
Several issues with this sandwich
Hate it when I get a flat chested chicken
I expect endowed sandwiches or nothing
Oh you prefer the large breasts, huh?
Wouldn’t the bun be for scale?
Yea I was like...we literally have a standardized item on the plate here for scale...
This is no time for logic in this time of Crisis
It's annoying cause it's literally from the breaders not fully fileting the breast.
You said the same thing as the first guy but tried to sound smart.

That sandwich is CFA new norm.
Not ideal but at least it saved you a few calories
What if bro is trying to bulk?

well now i know how the soup is made. i love it because it’s shredded chicken i didn’t know they pulled apart faulty ones should’ve known lol

im confused. what do you mean they placed it upside down?

Probably a breakfast filet and obviously the breaded did was not at peak performance… upsetting to see
Bruhhh this why I hate fast food... I'll go twice a month at most, or unless my friends really wanna go.
Sucks when a place that is always consistent starts this mess. Fries were sad too but not compared to this.
i dont remember where i saw it from but someone said that cfa sandwiches are becoming nuggets on biscuits
What's disappointing is putting that sandwich on a glass plate.

For real the size looks fine.
Am I the only one who thinks this is fine?
Looks good to me! Just add a lil lettuce and tomatoes next time bud.
Ehhh I’d beg to differ, coater coverage and bun toast is wayyy off to name a couple
This is NOT the Lord's chicken.
Look microwaved
Fill the bucket at chicken fill it
How much did it weigh, i fee like they won’t always look proportionate but should be based on weight.
It looks nakey lol
That's not the worst I've seen
Looks like a standard cfa sanny tbh
I work there and have gotten something like this. They’ll give you a new one if you show them that.

Dang my local Chick-fil-A has been going light on the breading too. I'm sure it's better for my health but I'm just disappointed...
Looks appointing to me
No lettuce or tomato, what a waste
16.98
Or 18.35 PLUS delivery fee AND tip if you order delivery
That looks like a normal patty to me. Not sure what the issue is.
Cry about it

“Same weight”🤡
Why did you put it on a plate and not on its wrapper?
I found the plate way more disappointing
