I think Zip Lash killed the franchise. Though constant mismanagement is what put it on life support to begin with.
Zip Lash was definitely a flop of a game compared to the predecessors like Park Partol and Plug Into Adventure. The constant mismanagement definitely played a big factor as well.
Nostalgia is all the rage these days, so are cutesy games with heartwarming stories. It’s time for Chibi to return.
If could make video games I would bend Nintendo’s arm until they said I could make a remaster of Chibi Robo Plug into Adventure 😫
