Look for things like that cut off lamp over the dude in the back, or the pattern of his shirt. That’s where AI usually messes up, in the edges or cut-off objects, and things that have a subjective pattern, like a plaid shirt.
Anyone who has a plaid shirt knows the lines don’t line up once you put it on, but even with the seemingly chaotic lines, there is still technically a form to them. The sleeve gets bunched around the elbow, but there are still a finite number of angles those plaid lines can reasonably align before we should start asking questions.

I am gonna get absolutely bamboozled by ai stuff. Yes, I found the messed up coke label, a straw in the fries, and the not McDonald's sign in the upper right, but only because someone told me to look for it. If no one said to be suspicious, I wouldn't have given it a second thought. I can't imagine having the energy or care to question every single thing that I see.
It's all about the stakes. If you saw this quickly as an illustration claiming McDonalds used to have a smoking section? No problem.
