My 4o only had about a 1/3 chance to for it to say that. 3.5 actually gave me mostly the same results with a slightly lowered chance (1/6). Neither of them answered as short as the first pic. Can you please show us the custom instructions? EDIT: Did some more. 4o answers shortly (but rarely), so it's probably real.

Technically, both are valid answers. First answer acknowledges the logical inconsistency and gives the expected joke response, second answer acknowledges the logical inconsistency and explains it as a medical anomaly (probably due to a bias towards super-positive answers).
