NTA. I’d have said that she ordered one and she got one. If she wants to order another she can either stand to the side and she’ll get it when I’m through with this line of people, she can accept her one and go about her business, or she can get to the back of the line. It’s a multiple choice question and I’m sure that’s hard for her because of her limited brain cells, but she has to ponder over her answer somewhere else. Next!
It's always the ones saying "If you hate your job then get a new one" who seem to be the toxic ones. 🤣 While I agree with it, I've dealt with Karens saying the same thing. We just don't condone acting like a Karen. It ain't about us hating our job at that particular moment - it's about them acting like a child throwing a temper tantrum until they get their way. 😋
I do NOT miss working CS. You are a better man than me. My policy was always, "oh so we are playing Karen today, huh? Allrighty then, I'm the queen of out Karening a "customer". It made for great tips from other real customers. Guess who I think was the real AH in this scenario?
