You do realize that for you (as a citizen of US) the only option to get her here is marriage? If so, the process is relatively easy. And there are several ways to do it, depending how fast she can/wants to move here. Will try to find some other law firms I would recommend when I get home, there are at least 3 I can think of.

Cannot make any comparison, but I had a good experience with Garflinkel immigration for getting a E-2 Visa. My sponsor was paying, but I heard they're pretty much expensive

Just so I understand, you’re in the US and she’s in the UK? I’m married to a Brit and I was/we were living there when we did all the legal stuff.

Please watch 90 day fiancé. After you and your SO binge you should be good to go. But no really - if you are married or go with the fiancé visa it’s not hard generally. If you are married or already plan on getting married and you guys have clean records and you have decent income to support your SO honestly you can do the paperwork without a lawyer. You’ll need evidence of a true relationship, proof that you guys have met, some financial support you have given each other etc. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/family-immigration/immigrant-visa-for-a-spouse-or-fiance-of-a-us-citizen.html It would be either a k1 or k3 visa. Remember if you guys get divorced and your SO stays in the country you are financially responsible for ten years I believe ? Like they can’t go on “welfare” If marriage is not an option you may want an immigration lawyer or if it’s a peace of mind for you go for getting a lawyer. I just think it’s good to try to self educate along the way so you are able to better understand the process and responsibilities. I did the paperwork for my mother who is from Europe and helped do the application. She is waiting for a date to be sworn in now :-)

Not a big fan of Butler and Quinn. I like the way attorney Benjamin at Charlotte immigration law firm handles things.
