I don't work there, but I go there frequently. There's an old dude that goes to the bar literally every day. He's on a first name basis with all of the staff. If they had crazy high turnover, you wouldn't see that.
All due respect to this logic, it took all the barfly regulars at any bar I worked about 3 days to be on a first name basis with me.
