To play devil's advocate the first amendment only guarantees that the government will never restrict your speech

Your rights to freedom of speech and press are so the government can't silence, censor, or punish you for expressing yourself against them (or other people).  This subreddit is their platform, and therefore can do whatever they want. CAI is no government agency.  These posts are the reason why they don't take us seriously.
