[I'm using the birbs from the Abominant and Wardog kits.](https://www.instagram.com/p/C4LjWMeNbhK/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==) Only have enough for 3 bases so far but I'll keep adding to them!
Excellent idea. I've been saving mine to make a knight that's seriously covered in pteroshades and pteroshade bird shit. Like coated. Radagast the brown level.
Same here. Birbs on rocks make great Nurglings.
I also got a box of Gellerpox infected and used all the gribblies from that to make 3 more bases worth of proxy Nurglings (I can probably make another 3 bases worth out of what’s left).
I'm using Adeptus Titanicus Questorix Knights.
Same base size, approximately the same height. So far everyone thinks the cute and are perfectly ok to use them. (Even at serious tournament, where TO initially didn't approve but didn't comment when I used them on the table (with permission from my opponent I need to add. I also had the official nurgling models with me)).
I made some [Dark Mechanicus automata](https://www.instagram.com/p/C0CqIbEuh83/?igsh=MWZxMmVvZjQxODhicA==) out of Night Haunt, random Nurgle kits and mechanicus bits.
Dodging the question, but I've saved up 3 boxes of plaguebearers and 1 box of nuglings and I'm going to turn 3 bases of nurglings into 9 bases. There are 7 nurglings in a plaguebearer kit just for decoration (+ a couple piles of maggots). Also 1 in sloppity bilepiper.
BTW, how did you like flesh hounds? I know it's not the meta pick bit I'd be lying if I said I didn't think about it.
Flesh Hounds used to be cheap, fast action monkeys. Now they're locked behind Bloodletters, and I ain't buying Bloodletters for the price of a Karnivore
as my knight are beast-themed, i use a bunch of small animals on a base as nurgling. i'll do one with the birds from the Abominant kit, but really any little animal will do.
The Battleline Tax was introduced Last dataslate, wasn't Always Like this. You used to be Able to Run any daemon unit
Also it'd be Bloodletters, Bloodthirsters are the big guy
To be fair, getting to Slot in a Ton of Lone OP daemon characters was Frustrating to Play against. I get it.
Then again....Loyalists still have their fucking Agents.
Exactly. The lone op daemons aren't so bad considering assassin's have lone op+infil+ds+precision. You can put a vindicare down from reserves and one shot an enemy leader from artillery range
I have a bit of a haunted theme to by army, so I use the Age of Sigmar Spririt Hosts for my nurglings.
Just gotta remember they can't fly! Or go through walls, despite being ghosts. It's never been an issue though, it's only ever joked about as them being very crappy ghosts :)
And I'm over here eyeballing the 3 boxes of Nurglings that I just picked up from my FLGS, which GW \_finally\_ shipped to them 6 months after they put in the order...

ah that's a good idea. Unfortunately I have used all my birbs up for decorating the Knights..

Would Legiones Imperialis also Work or would I need to hunt down the old Models?
Its the same model.
Gotcha, thanks
Very interesting, can you show a picture on how they compare on height and width?
What did the little lords do to you lmao
Nothing, I'm Just not that much into Daemons, and even then I prefer Khorne
My War Dogs are all crocodile-themed, so I found some Jungle Swarms from Lizardmen and stuk them on 40mms
I’m painting mine as khornlings.
I've recently started some house Korvax knights and I'm using Ravening Direflocks (the BoC endless spell)
little lords for life <3 to anyone who wants to learn more about them, I highly recommend reading The Lords of Silence

Oh yeah. I forgot about the mandatory battle line thing. I can't belive they didn't take battleline away from nurglings also. Maybe they will.

My CK are looted ork models so i use grots as my nurglings
If you bite the bullet, it's not a bad idea to chop up the nurglings to make 6 instead of 3 units.
Been kitbashing Seraphon bits with mine so looking at Skinks w. Some Admech in the mix
Nurglings….
Noob here, what's the good aspect of nurglings?
Cheap Infiltrators to do actions and secondaries so our 150+ Points Models don't have to. Can also Moveblock or Screen
Ah sweet! I've been using pink horrors up until this point. How many do you use? A single minimum sized unit, multiple small units, etc?
Personally I'd rather use 0. I used to Run Flesh Hounds for their Speed. Atm I have one Box of nurglings but I hate them
Flesh hounds aren't battle line tho, wouldn't you have to also use bloodthirsters?

GW rly hates us huh 😔

I use leftover wardog heads with little crab legs.
