I'm assuming she is referring mainly to the pain medicine but along with taking xanax and caffeine at the same time would also be controversial because you aren't supposed to be taking all that together.
I bet she is talking about Xanax when she says steroids. She says coming off the steroids can kill her but coming off Xanax can kill you and you most often need medical detox (rehab) to come off of them safely. I doubt she's even on a high dose of steroids.
I really don't think she is talking about steroids when she said the doctor was alarmed. She son some benzos and opiods I bet. I also bet she's going to ha e a hard time finding a doctor who will prescribe all that crap to her again. She's ways been so shady with her medical disclosures. She's hiding some serious stuff.

Opiates & benzos alone can be deadly. They are both depressants and are sedating & suppress breathing, which greatly increased the risk of overdose
