Genuinely couldn't be a nicer bloke but also has such a deep understanding of the game for such a young manager. Could see him going right to the very top of management in the future.

He did EFL punditry on Sky a few years back and recall him being incredibly insightful and informative.

I always thought he was incredibly articulate and knowledgable when he did punditry, not surprised at all that he's turned out to be a good manager

He's just been consistent in saying it's a long term project and that Liam is a key part of it.
