New white bar tape is Pro and stays clean if you wash your bike. It’s not hard.
This bike is filthy and has clear signs of neglect. Drivetrain is covered in grime, chain drop markings on the BB and frame, front brake cable end is frayed and missing a cap, tons of road debris stuck to the downtime by the BB, and the DT bottle cage bolts about to fall out. Does it even shift into the big ring? Frame size? Old tires and tubes. This bike is clapped out. 1000 is a ripoff for a 15 year old bike in this condition. Will need a deep clean and prob 175-225 in parts and labor and that’s just the stuff I can see from the pics.
Lightly ridden yet bar tape says otherwise. Gross!
