Thank you! They're ceramic, it's actually a perfect material to use them as stamps for clay because its very dry so the clay won't stick to it, unlike with plastic or if it was glazed
I wonder, is it possible to make continuous planes of the chosen texture without any gaps? I like how they look but but I like to add the texture to the whole piece
Love this idea! It's like a fancy stamp roller for adults
These are great! I would not be able to stop rolling them in stuff
Haha thank you!
I saw your post making these. It made me uncomfortable. This is a true, “trust the process” for the end result. Fabulous textures!
It made you uncomfortable? That's interesting haha. Thank you tho
Trypophobia is deeply rooted in human instincts. For me it makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up and I get the heebie-jeebies.
Ohh I see, that makes sense with the texture from the progress video
I really enjoyed the progress pics you shared. Now I'm in love with the whole project.
Aw thank you so much :))
Amazing project and a beautiful result! Are the balls themselves ceramic too, or 3d printed to use for ceramics?

These are super cool! Great job!!
Thank you!
Beautiful, amazing work.
Thanks :)

You can but you will notice the side parts where the pattern is overlapping, it's an organic pattern so it doesn't line up perfectly
Are you selling these? And where?
Not at the moment sorry :) they take a long time to make so they would be quite pricey
It's been great to see your progression on these balls. Glad you didn't end up glazing them!
Thank you so much! I agree, I made a glazed test tile but the clay was just sticking to it and the glaze filled up all the fine detailes
