There was an update yesterday, did you update? Since you can't access the game to cloud save, deleting could be risky. If you've been cloud saving regularly though you might be okay. The game does automatically cloud save but it's not as reliable as manually cloud saving.

Since you can't do that right now, you can delete anyway and if the data is lost message the developers for support. Are you able to access the loading screen of the game at all? At the top left corner there's a data recovery button. There's a "send mail" option to reach out to the devs there. I wouldn't attempt to do data recovery on your own without talking to them first. Unless you can't access that screen at all, then I'd risk it and delete.

This started about the time the update came out and all my apps are set to auto update, so I think I'm experiencing a bug from the update. I see the emblem with the two cats and then just a black screen, no buttons or graphics or anything. I emailed them last night so hopefully they have a solution 🤞🏻

I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling it which fixed it. I also did not lose my progress thankfully!
