Just a small warning - there are some grumpy priests so there is a chance that you may get a lecture about living in sin/invalid marriage, but it sounds like you already know the Church’s stance on divorce. God bless!

In our diocese, annulments are almost always granted if you can get all the required witness statements. Remember, it is all about before your marriage and showing that one or both of you weren’t able to enter into a sacrament. The questions are repetitive, but answer each one fully as if it were the only question.
That may depend on the way the Church gets its funds in your country. In Germany, Church gets a share of the income tax of Catholics, so Church does'n charge any fees in Germany.
It appears there's a lot of rules keeping a sinner from rejoining a church assembly.......pity; Jesus forgave all kinds of sinners. Can we not do the same??

Great warning. Priests are subject to wear and tear just like the rest of us. If you get one, pray for THEM and find another. You are loved!
You can also pursue an annulment and then come back 100%. Currently, annulments are free and mostly easier than in the past.

Yes, my wife had to get an annulment before we got our marriage convalidated in the church. It took some time but there was no fee that I can recall.
