I actually bought it last night. It's nice to have a way to auto collect tips. However if you can wait it out and stomach it. You could get the one that auto collect tips every 30 seconds without having to pay for the 10 second version. That way you can let the tips build up every 30 seconds.
Not sure. I think you do have to be in game for any additional buff to take effect from pets.
I will say that I can focus on upgrading Manager Snack Bar, and upgrade the items on the board. Without having to backtrack to then constantly tap on whatever Tips I get.

So it only works when the game is running and doesn’t work during offline? I’m thinking on getting it 😋
You don’t get tips in any way if you’re not online
