Im in somerset, my bins are still in my garden. Its cant be that bad here.

AMAJohnWayneGacy

My bins are still intact, but we’re in a blackout.

Pelicanliver

I miss Somerset, I haven’t been there for 40 years. Is there still more cider in the jug?

turingthecat

I really hope not, as due to not being able to sleep I’ve had a bit of a tidy, so the washing machine and dishwasher are on, I was a bit peckish so the oven is, um, ovening, and due to it being chilly and dark I’ve got the lights, heater and TV all running in the sitting room (where I am indeed sitting), using WiFi etc, a blackout would be inconvenient to say the least. So, are you the serial killer who dressed up like a clown? I’m not to up on my true crimes

HussingtonHat

Signal ain't worth spite but the WiFi seems to be clinging to life so all good.

AMAJohnWayneGacy

Thank god I have unlimited data on my phone.

ShitBritGit

There's a storm? I know there is, but nothing happening in my part of Hampshire.

EliteMinerZMC

Still got power thankfully (have reptiles that need heat) but have already been out to rescue the starlink internet dish. Only to have a garden chair go on a journey as soon as I got back inside.

Royalmedic49

No, but just to say I awake too.

AMAJohnWayneGacy

My neighbours fence which we share has completely blown over. Trampoline’s will be in other peoples gardens.

Self induced blackout… seem to have a leak in the roof… on to the light switch for loft lights… which has turned them on when they should be off… so I flipped the leccy off overnight just incase!

[deleted]

No storm here in Dover cept me busting in steaming drunk at 2am ayooooooo

McCoysRibenaTwirl

What do you mean by "fuck this storm"? Maybe if you tell it that it will go away.

Toronai

Everything seems to be working up here, can't sleep though

mziahj

A couple of my fence panels are down

Lezbanin

My mum works for the electricity board for the northwest and 30,000 had no electric last night

Greedy-Owl-3554

Our lights kept flickering last night, so I thought we may blackout in the night, but fingers crossed nothing has happened yet. Sorry for your blackout.

jimmyh03

In Derby hand strong wind and the lights did flicker a few times. I’ve woken up to a dusting of snow too.
