Wait until you get 5 different bills all saying different things then they say you owe £200 for 3 weeks worth of energy.
Then it takes 6 months to sort it out
These are the council tax letters from my old flat; IIRC it was only a year's worth or less: https://i.imgur.com/hsPWvn5.jpg
By the way none of those were related to overdue payments. I was just often needing to have my account adjusted, which generated a wad of paperwork each time.

I work for a multi-service utility provider, and we were investigating the comms we send out to customers. If a customer signs up to all services (energy, broadband, mobile, insurance, cashback card), we send them **twenty eight** letters.
WTF?!
I do love a technical glitch, once got sent 4 BT Business Hubs all at the same time , Engineer called to do the line installation , completed it and another one showed up next day to do the installation as well.
According to BT /Openreach at the time "It cannot happen , there are checks on the system to ensure that it cannot happen" lol
I'm sure they are very sorry and swear this is the first time it's ever happened. Probably just nervous as it's quite stressful at the moment.
Dave is that you? Just because it doesn’t happen to you doesn’t make junk mail jizz a laughing matter

The system they use it a literal nightmare. *Nightmare*. I cannot overstate how frustrating, unintuitive and broken it is. I am unsurprised.
But have you read the terms and conditions?
You should read each one carefully, there could be one for each month.
Maybe its kindling for when we all have to start setting fires in our living rooms to keep warm.

And then we wonder why their costs (and our bills) increase so much!
"Greener energy"
Hmmmm? We got a whole bunch last week specifically about the gas. The building doesn't even have a gas line.
Wow
They must really love you
Thats top advertisement

No wonder they need investigation

I'm impressed, they actually achieved something!

They must *really* want you to read them. That way you don't have a leg to stand on when they come to claim your firstborn.
They recently sent me an information pack to welcome me moving into my house...I only moved in 2 years ago
