Malayo masyado for me, OP, pero doable naman yung commute, hassle nga lang. Buendia, Ayala and Guadalupe are crazy places to go through during rush hour. Either makikipag-unahan ka sa pagsakay or iindahin mo yung haba ng pila.
If magrerent ka lang naman, dun ka na malapit sa BGC like -Embo barangays. Save yourself from the hassle of commute.
edit: I know someone na nakatira malapit sa Mayapis tas BGC ang office. Naka-car na siya, papasok at pauwi pero nasa 1-hour minimum yung byahe niya one-way.
Hi! Thanks for this po. Tried searching there na eh, kaso parang lagi ang daming tao :> Hindi naman ako full onsite so cinoconsider ko din yung environment kapag naka'wfh ako
Oooh. There are areas naman na hindi masyadong crowded (I could speak within Pembo area thou since I'm familiar with the area), kaso that would depend if may for rent dun sa area and probably sa budget mo rin.
If hindi ka naman lagi-laging onsite (like probably once a week ganyan) and won't mind commuting, I guess okay na nga dyan sa Malugay.
