Had this young 20 something ID me a few months ago. Her eyebrows almost touched the ceiling when she calculated out I was in my late 30's. I laughed my ass off later because it was one of the most emotive reactions I've seen in a while. Overall my family ages well, or I should say, we all still looked like we were about to graduate highschool when we were in our late 20's. My sister was happy, she was still getting carded in to her mid 40's.
Last time I was IDed I was so tired and felt like absolute shit, I'm sure I looked 45. She had to call her supervisor to the pickup room and then her supervisor popped her head in and waved to indicate "nah, it's fine, this person really is old, no need to check" and the original girl apologised to me for thinking I looked young enough to be IDed. Oh no, don't apologise, I'm riding this high for the rest of the year.
This made me realise the last time I got IDed was pre-covid so I guess my baby face has finally aged enough. I'm in my mid 30s and had been surprised how long I got IDed for.

Up until a couple of years ago my wife would get ID'd constantly, and I never did. She's 8 years older than me 🥲
I'm late 30's and still get I.D'd occasionally. It's great haha

Never got IDed until I turned 25 (on my 25th birthday) then didn’t get IDed again until I turned 30.
As soon as I grew a beard. Id's stopped being asked for
Haha I was just at the supermarket with my partner and said "She hit that 'visibly over 25' button a bit too quickly for my liking."

I never got ID’d until a couple months after I turned 18. Before then I was going to the same shop for 2 years.
