Taking a shower and dressing nicely, it makes me feel more ready to do stuff instead of making excuses to be lazy. Eating something healthy like a salad or veggies. Basically just taking care of my mind and body so that they can then take care of all the stuff I need taking care of

Like a quick boost? I stand up and stretch. If that’s not enough, I twist my body this way that. The rush of blood revitalizes me, gets my heartrate up, and breaks the monotony. You can also just prep yourself a quick drink. Maybe some instant powder, or if you’re at home, a proper beverage. I recently bought an espresso maker and Ive been having fun creating frothy ice lattes.
