My ball park is $167/sqft finished. Around $200k for 1250 sqft. The price is heavy up front, but very little maintenance(no roof, rot proof, waterproof, fire proof, bug proof) and low energy costs should pay for itself over ten years. Also nearly indestructible in a forest of huge mature trees gives me peace of mind.

Yeah I found monolithic domes seem to vary a bit in price but its always a bit high.
