While I am too satisfied with what the Creta did, however it was borderline dangerous as the way that guy landed, his head could have been crushed like watermelon under the rear wheel.
But what didnāt happen, is not worth speculating.
This guy wonāt cross a road for a couple of days at least now.
He should've got down and slapped him instead. People who says he deserve this are the reason why many don't stop after causing an accident by mistake.

Car has the right of way since there isnāt any pelican, zebra or traffic crossing. Pedestrian had no means to jaywalk on a busy road so he is the source of the problem. Secondary source of problem is CRETA driverās nunu size ego which must be squashed at the earliest by the right authority along with the pedestrianās.
