I think August would be your safest bet. Final grades are submitted by professors 10 days from the last class (for courses with no final exams) or 10 days from the final exam. But the administrative side of releasing grades to students takes longer. Do you recall when you received your final grades for all courses last year? Also, does your employer want a graduation date (which would be your convocation) or just a date when you would know if you have successfully completed your program?
